I have shot several thousand rounds of ammunition purchased from Freedom Ammunition and have never had a miss-firequality ammunition

Ordered a part for my gun from Freedomammunition.com on 11-10-I emailed them on 11-13-to check the order of my statusI got a response from the owner "Maybe cause you just ordered it?"
What kind of response is that to a paying customer? I have never felt so disrespected as a customerI could not believe that the owner feels it's necessary to treat someone like that for simply asking for a order status updateI'm waiting for a refund and depending on the speed in which I get a refund I may be back to file a formal complaint against *** at Freedomammunitions.com

Hi, my wife and I placed an order for 1k rounds of 9MM and 500 rounds of .380 ammo on April 3rd 2016. On their site they say "everything listed is in stock" and that they have a lead time of 2-10 days. So on April 13th I contacted them and asked if there was an update on the order, as I had not heard anything. I got a reply back that day saying they would look into it for me and get back to me. So by April 19th I still had not heard back so I reached out to them again, they replied back the next day (20th) and said this (word for word): "Your order is with ups, it's ups employees not scanning the boxes, thus in return we are catching the flank." So at that point I reached out to UPS with my tracking number, they stated that they had not received the package from Freedom Ammunition, but that the shipping label had been created several days ago. So... now it is April 27th, I finally see progress in my item shipping, almost a month later. So I email them and let them know I finally can see it shipped, no response from business, about what I expected at this point. So the order gets delivered on April 28th, and it is only HALF of what I ordered! At that point I try calling and emailing the company, even found out the owner is [redacted], no response at all from that point on. Days and days go by, still no response and they wont answer their phone, I cant get a hold of anyone and especially not [redacted]. All I wanted was my WHOLE order or a way to return the half order and get a full refund. But still no response or contact with company. On May 4th (still had not received the other half of order) I called my credit card company and told them the story, I wanted to do a charge-back of at least half what I payed. They could not do half a charge-back, only a full. So we decided to go ahead with the full charge-back as I could not get a hold of anyone to return the half I had received or get a refund directly from the company. So towards the end of May I get a letter from my credit card company saying [redacted] with Freedom Ammunition is disputing the charge, saying he fulfilled the order (of course he could contact them back when they took the $$ back, big surprise) Anyways, we went back and forth with the credit card company for about two weeks, he never would admit anything about shipping half an order or not contacting us back about making it right. I sent them picture proof of my order and all receipts. Finally the credit card company sided with me and only let him keep half the money and the rest was officially returned to me. So it was finally all done and said the first week of June...... Wow!! What a headache. And I guess half the money back is acceptable. I would never-ever recommend this company!

I ordered some 10/27. Most orders are supposed to ship within 3-5 business days. On 11/4 I ask them what the hold up is. They explain the order is on warehouse c and that information was included in my invoice. (which I never received). Email also explains that warehouse is on a 21 day backlog.

After 30 days I email them again to ask if something is wrong. They just explain again about a massive delay at warehouse c.

On 12/7 I email to cancel the order. I also call them, but as usual I get no response. I leave a message to cancel my order and include the order number. Hours later I get a shipping notification from them. They will not respond to my following emails asking what the [redacted] is the problem, since I tried to cancel this.

Fast forward to testing the ammunition today. Loaded a magazine with 17 rounds. Round #9 was a squib with tons of unburnt powder, so either the primers are crap or the powder is getting contaminated. I cannot trust this ammunition.

This ammo and company isn't worth the low price.
