The dealer's response is very unfortunate and untrueThe vehicle was NOT sold when I calledIf the vehicle was sold, why was I quoted a price higher than was advertised on their website? Wouldn't the sales person just tell me that the unit was sold? There is no honest error when the dealer's own website (which I included a screen shot of in my original complaint) has a price listed that is not in line with what they will sell the unit Additionally, I was not rude or accusatory - I simply asked why the price online was not going to be honoredThe sales representative got defensive and hung up - poor customer service at best Finally, if the car was sold, why was it still sitting on their lot? They now say the car was ordered sold - why hasn't the person who purchased the vehicle come to pick it up? I called a month ago and the buyer isn't picking it up until the end of this month? Doesn't sound honest or truthful at all Unfortunately, this dealership seems to skirt the truth, while only implicating themselves and their poor business practices further

Any concerns brought to us by her or her fiance were dealt within a prompt professional manner by a member of our management staffMs*** was never without a vehicle to drive when repairs were being done to her vehicleWe always take a van or vehicle with a 3rd row sear out of inventory for her to drive because she carries extra passengersMs*** has driven this vehicle for over 19,miles and owned it over one year and has not paid for repairsFreedom will continue to work with Ms*** in the future if her vehicle needs any repairs

covered component of the service contract at no cost to the customer. Our company paid for an oil change, an alignment, and we paid her 100.000 deductabile on her service contract repair, and a new tire after her purchase. The 239.00 repair is not a covered component of the service contract and the customer declined the repair. We did not charge the amount she owed for the diagnosis of this concern. She became rude and starting threatening Better Business Buraeu and all repairs should be free. After 7 mos and 4,000 miles of driving a car with 90,0000 miles we feel it is not unreasonable for a customer to start being responsible for the costs associated with driving a vehicle. Our company is one of less than 100 dealerships in the country to receive the award for elite customer experience. We always do what is right and fair and did so for this customer.

There is no honest error when the dealer's own website (which I included a screen shot of in my original complaint) has a price listed that is not in line with what they will sell the unit.
