Another example of their disrespect and unwillingness to take care of the issueI have the invoices from the items that I dropped off and their employee also has pictures of the issueBaffling

I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT

I am rejecting this response because: we did clean your dress properly Just because your mistake can't be fixed doesn't mean we did anything wrong I know your not going to bring in the $ *** saved you $,(pretty rude) It's all good, you are a poor customer and you are on our rejection list

This jacket had alcohol stains on the shoulder and cuff  We got all of the alcohol stains out.  She then pointed out to us that there was a small ink stain on the inside of the cuff.  We then removed the ink spot.  The jacket was not dyed like she claims.  If it was, there...

would have been an extra charge for that.  I took the jacket to a leather retailer and they said the jacket was in very good condition.  I did file a no trespassing charge with the police dept. when she came in here and started cursing profusely.  She told the police that I threw her down on the sidewalk, which the police easily saw was not true from the video.  She has her jacket.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:,[redacted] the Manager was very Rude, and the point is I still had to pay for a dress that was not cleaned properly,I'm not bringing the 10.00 and I have let everyone I know to not have their clothes cleaned there, its the customer that makes the Business, and its a shame that some Businesses have no true respect for the ones that keep them in Business, [redacted] is a poor manager and needs to brush up on her management and people skills,I am never using that cleaners again!!
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2016/02/02) */
You originally claimed that my employee wrote on the invoice at the time of pick-up that there was 8 items picked-up. After I proved you wrong on your claim, I guess you decided to not include that in your story. You didn't pick-up the order,...

your husband did. He counted the order as well as my employee. Nothing was said to us at that time that there was an item missing. You notified us that you couldn't find your pair of pants 2 days after the order was in your sole possession. Read the first sentence at the bottom of your invoice in response to your statement.
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2016/02/05) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My husband did pick up the dry cleaning as previously stated in my initial claim as I said that my husband told me to look through the dry cleaning as soon as he brought it home. Doesn't that infer that he picked it up? He also went back up to the Edmond store the following day. Should I put in here how many days we waited for you to call us back? Like we never got a call back. I never said that the employee wrote on the ticket that their were 8 items picked up. When I talked to the owner, he stated that the 0-8 was their counting system which validated that I dropped off 9 items. If you look at other reviews, this place of business never claims any responsibility for anything - damaged clothing, lost items. This is just their typical response.
Final Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2016/02/13) */
Read your second sentence that you wrote. You wrote "when I picked them up", that would mean you, not your husband. If you do your homework you can see that we have an A+ rating as of 2/1/2016 which goes back to 1992. Thank you for your concern.
Final Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2016/02/16) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
This is becoming a war of words, and nothing about taking any action or responsibility. The fact remains that we paid for 9 items to be cleaned and received 8 back. Your dry cleaners lost a pair of my pants and apparently that problem is systematic as you said you have "pages" of people saying you lost their items and even told me about the most recent customer who coincidentally I know. Probably not a very good practice to actually mention someone's name. Where are you finding the A+ rating? Everything I have read about your business is negative.

We did not put the spots on the dress like [redacted] stated.  No where do we state a money back guarantee if a spot doesn't come out.  However, she was compensated $10.00 because she owed $48.75 for a returned check but I only charged her $38.75  If [redacted] brings me the $10.00 I will...

give her the $3.75.
