The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life!! Eric is a complete JERK He does not care about the service that is done as long as he has his moneyHe even showed up to were his employees were working hard and treated them like crap and yelling at them that I could hear him from far awayThat is no way to treat the people who work for youHe is rudeI would never use this company again or recommend it EVER!!

Freedom is in the process of correcting this situation amicably. A return visit has been scheduled and we will update this afterwards.

I have been doing business with Freedom for more than 10 years and in that time I've not met a more experienced, knowledgeable, and affordable HVAC contractor. From sales and installation to service and repair these guys are 2nd to none. In this day and age it is difficult to find honest and reliable contractors that are the experts in their trade that these guys are.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and completed further follow up with the business on 11/10/16.  The business owner/partner has resolved all outstanding issues to my satisfaction as of my receipt (on 11/18/16) of their letter dated 11/15/16.  This includes an extended labor and parts warranty for work performed until 6/30/17 and a $500 refund for [redacted] overage charges.  I want to thank the Revdex.com and the business owner/partner for their patience and efforts in resolving the issues related to my complaint.  I am once again a happy customer of this business.

Dealiing with Freedom Cooling & Heating is more challenging than it should be. While some companies strive to maintain close contact with their clients, Freedom must consider it as waste of time. Their mantra appears to be "once we have your money our responsibilites are complete, whether or not they have provided any service".
