To whom it may concern, Freedom Fast Lane has always been dedicated to providing quality customer service to each and every one of our customers When one of our customers has a poor experience it is looked at very closely and each decision made is with customer service in mindIn this particular case we performed a routine maintance service on the customers Buick Century that the automotive industry refers to as the works This consists of an oil change and tire rotation, along with a multi-point inspection and topping of any fluids that are low This service does not include exchange of any fluids The major concern in this instance was in using the incorrect fluid for that top off and we appreciate the opportunity to address this experience We stock, at our facility, Auto Zone extended life antifreeze and coolant provided to us by the local vendor This product states on the label “For use with ANY antifreeze/coolant in ANY make or model of car or light duty truck.” We use this product for the very reason that it will work in any vehicle and is backed by a national guarantee to do so Topping of the coolant in any vehicle using this fluid could not and would not lead to any issues in the vehicleIt has always been our policy to provide the best customer service we can as I stated earlier This is why the customer was offered a complete refund for the services she received and we still wish to extend that offer to the customer However, we do not claim any responsibility with any concerns that the customer is experiencing with her vehicle and in order to offer a refund we require a signed hold harmless agreement releasing Freedom Fast Lane from any liability on current or future mechanical failures of the vehicleAgain thank you for the opportunity to address this concern and we look forward to an agreed upon resolution [redacted] Fixed Operations Manager Freedom Automotive Group
