Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: they have not given A chance to me nor allowed me to make the payments which were always within that monthYes the company manager has been stalking me which she stated she was and I spoke with the insurance company and they vouched of not receiving or sending anything about my policy being canceled for three months as National Auto Sales made it to beThis company is a rip off and just take clients moneyI have had other vehicles with them and those vehicles were not up to part the reason I let them go backThis company feels they can get away with getting over on people and not have c anything done but I want justice served because I wasn't given a fair chanceNothing in the contract says after a second or third possession that it will be put up for saleNot only did they repossess my vehicle but they did while at work by coming to my clients home and doing soNot only were they in the wrong so I feel but the only way they knew where my client lived is by following me and no auto company is suppose to follow their purchases ANYWHERE regardless of any situationI won't stop until I have this company pay for the suffering they have caused me as well as other customersEvery review about this company are bad and a complaint of how they don't give one a chance and just take their money all to pick the car up and make a profit again off that vehicle.

customer’s payment is due. This is the third vehicle [redacted] purchased with National Auto Sales. The last two vehicles also got repossessed. But we decided to give her a 3rd chance to prove herself. Every since she purchased her most recent vehicle she has never been on time and defaulted on her contract. We repossessed the vehicle once already and still let her get the vehicle back once she got caught up. This is the second repossession in a three month period. We also require full coverage insurance where she was not able to maintain that. I have letters from the insurance company stating her insurance is past due and canceled. We are the lien holder of the vehicle so every insurance company notifies us if the insurance policy is canceled or in default. The customer also stated  then she was being “stalked”. The towing company we hired to repossess the vehicle was trying to recover the vehicle in which she pulled into a garage quickly and hid the vehicle there for over 6 days. We notified the customer in our notice of intention to Retain Collateral In Full Satisfaction of Debt that she was in default and that National Auto Sales accelerate the unpaid principle balance under the contract and propose to retain and sell the collateral in satisfaction of the obligation. After the 20th day after the repossession the vehicle can be up for sale again.

To whom it may concern, We sold the 2006 Impala to the Customer in this complaint on 02/21/15. She was informed before she swiped her card for the Down Payment that she was required to provide Full Coverage Insurance as she signed and agreed to on the Contract. I believe she may have misunderstood...

to mean she just had to provide some insurance. When she showed concern that she couldn't provide Full Coverage Insurance, we offered to return the $1100 partial Down Payment back to her Card. She said that she was going to go ahead and get the vehicle. The Customer had a Deferred Down Payment of $400(that she did pay), as well as Tax, Title, and License of $692.49 that was due on 03/14/15, of which she only paid $50. We Repossessed the vehicle on 03/25/15, a full 10 days after her TT&L was required to be paid, after her First Month Payment was due as well, due to non payment, as well as not providing Full Coverage Insurance, as is required under her contract While the Vehicle was sitting here on the lot, there were several customers who inquired about the vehicle, and when they could buy it. We told them, as we tell anyone asking about Vehicles that have been Repossessed, we are required to give the current customer 21 days to catch up on their payments, or pay the vehicle off. Even after the required 21 Days, we gave the current customer two more chances, spanning another week to come in and catch up on the Vehicle and provide Full Coverage insurance, and she never accepted that opportunity. We do not give out any personal information on the current customer, but it's not unusual for current and former customers to already know each other, as I believe was already the case. Conclusion: We do not pressure our customers to buy vehicles, and it would have been no issue to give the customer her money back before she signed her contract if providing Full Coverage Insurance was an issue, and we infonned her of that. She decided to go ahead and get the vehicle regardless. She failed to provide the proper Insurance, or pay what was owed on the Velaicle(Both Tr&L, and her first Car Note) We feel like we gave her plenty of opportunity to not only back out of the deal, but to also get caught up and get the vehicle back that she failed to take action on. We also feel its completely false to think we give out ANY customers information to another customer. National Auto Sales

ID # [redacted] Thank you for contacting our business regarding this complaint. Our mutual customer purchased the vehicle on 10/08/14. Our vehicles are sold "AS IS", with no warranty, as stated in our agreement When the customer broke down on 10/22/14, at our company's expense, the vehicle was picked up and repaired. The customer picked up the vehicle and stated she would be in or 12/06/14 to make her payment. She was told at that time that her full coverage insurance was cancelled, and that it needed to be renewed, per our agreement. The customer did not come in or call, nor did she renew her insurance. The customer was 2 payments in arrears, and still did not have insurance when the vehicle was repossessed on 12/21/14. This is the 2nd vehicle the customer has purchased with our company. The 1st vehicle was also repossessed for non-payment. If you have any further questions or concerns, please contact us.   [redacted]
