We are sorry for any inconvenience this has created when customer brought vehicle and tire in we checked fords records the was no road hazard warranty for this vehicle registered, Our Quick Lane Manager explained to the customer that there was no coverage and it was out of ford parameters for
road hazard the vehicle was to old nothing under model vehicles for customer asked Service Director Same Question, Upon inspection of tire it would not have been cover as per a road hazard contract which states not cover for off road use we called the customer explained again and we wanted to help customer in some way and customer advised our Quick Lane Manager that he had already purchased another tire somewhere else
The customer was offered assistance with the tire even thou the tire would not have been covered by the ford road hazard warranty do to the fact it does not cover a tire for off road use which was declined we will stand behind the offer to reimburst the customer for the cost he paid for tire $ 220.00Thank You

I have a computer printed receipt that says road hazard on four tires a, LEGAL BINDING DOCUMENT,Chapman does not honor their own contract, it cost me four hundred dollars to replace tire and purchase [redacted] Road Hazard warranty. Chapman Ford practices BAD BUSINESS. It should be made public how poorly they treat customers.
