Review: My car was totaled in December of 2013. There were a few things on the loan agreement that had to be cancelled, ex. Service Contract. I talked to Mr. [redacted] on the phone and he assured me that he would take care of it, I just needed to bring a copy of the loan agreement to the dealership. I did just that. He copied the paperwork and said that a check would be mailed out to my bank in a few weeks. Here it is, almost two months since I took that paperwork to the business, and it is still not taken care of. When I contacted Mr. [redacted], he said that he "thought he was supposed to mail the check to me.", when even I did not receive a check. He blatantly lied to my face about doing anything about my situation. I have had such a terrible experience with this dealership, even before all of this happened.Desired Settlement: I would the services to be cancelled and the check to be sent to my bank, as I had discussed with Mr. [redacted] previously.

Review: I bought a 2009 dodge nitro on January 28,2014 off of freedom ford I have never bought a vehicle on my own before my ex of 15 yrs threw me and my daughter out with $20.00 and took my vehicle I needed a car for work because I work in hospice and travel I explained all of this to the salesman who seemed sympathetic and knew I was having a hard time and tried to help. upon test driving the vehicle there were two lights on check engine and low tire he told me if they didnt go out to bring it back also there was a jerking when it switched gears I asked about it and was told it was normal being a different brand vehicle than what I was used to I didnt question it. on march 21 I was at work and it felt like someone hit me in the rear but upon pushing the gas it just grinded and wouldn't move. I called freedom ford who told me too bad it was as is and call dodge it should be covered under their 100,000 warranty I called dodge and they told me no it ended at 36,000. My bf called and they said have it towed to their Northern Cambria dealership and they would pay for the tow Later that day they called and said they would not pay for it and were gonna send it back. They called Monday the 24th and said it was the transmission and wanted $3600 I explained it took all I had saved to get the vehicle and I could not afford that I also explained that I told the salesman about the clunking and was told it was normal they told me it was my problem because I drove it off the lot and to call the bank and have them repo it. They took advantage of me knowing I was a single parent struggling and this vehicle was all I could afford and it took my savings and borrowed money to even get it. I have no idea where to go from here I am trying to support my daughter and have been using other peoples vehicles to get to work I cant afford to go buy another one or pay their 3600.00 bill when I told them about it when I bought it and they told me it was normal. I made one payment on this vehicle and it lasted a monthDesired Settlement: I think I got ripped off and taken advantage of I believe the dealership should have to fix the transmission I told their salesman who led me to believe it was normal and me being a girl I wouldnt know any better and wouldnt look at the vehicle then. They sold me a lemon
