installed. At that time another facility had worked on vehicle and created estimate for customer. Contrary to cust statement that Freedom Ford was willing to accept responsibility, we stated that we wouldn't be able to accept responsibility for veh being repaired at another facility. Since repairs had already began, a goodwill offer was made towards $300 repair of $150 which customer accepted. Freedom Ford is unable to honor any warranty on a part supplied by customer at either at time of install or any future reapirs that may be needed.

GOOD AFTERNOON, I HAVE REVIEWED YOUR CONCERN AS WELL AS THE WORK ORDERS AND THE TIME LINE INVOLVED. AS THIS WAS A UNSCHEDULED REPAIR DUE TO THE FACT THAT THE STARTER FAILED WITHOUT NOTICE, WE DID OUR BEST TO FIT IT INTO OUR CURRENT WORK...

LOAD.THE FLYWHEEL NEED TO BE ORDERED IN FROM THE WAREHOUSE, AT THIS POINT THE TECHNICIAN MOVED ONTO ANOTHER JOB. WHEN THE PART ARRIVED THE TECHNICIAN NEEDED TO FINISH THE JOB HE WAS CURRENTLY ON BEFORE GETTING BACK ONTO YOUR TRUCK, UNFORTUNATELY THE TIMELINE WAS IMPROPERLY COMMUNICATED TO YOU. PLEASE ACCEPT OUR APOLOGIES AND 150.00 CREDIT IN PARTS AND SERVICE. REGARDS

Review: about 1 month ago my vehicle broke down the people at Freedom Ford told me it needed a pto unit which was replaced. Now 4 months later my vehicle is broken down again and the people at Friendly Ford said the who ever did the work the first time never put all my parts back on. I called freedom ford who said they are willing to accept responsibility but will give me a check for $150.00 as a good will gesture. To me this is admission of guilt. The people at Friendly Ford said that even though they fixed it but may still need another unit because the parts being missing may have warped the inside of the unit. the first repair was $393.93 and now the second repair was almost $400.00 and still may cost me even further if I do need a new unit.Desired Settlement: I want Freedom Ford to take responsibility and make for their mistake and if I need a new unit pay for that as well.
