First and foremost let me just start by saying God is so good! ð???ð?¼ God blessed us with Freedom Heating&Air and the owner Hector Gomez and his team did an Amazing job. We were about to get a a whole new system that was is one of the quietest on the market a Trane 20i HVAC system and new ducts work and a new thermostat . The crew are courteous prompt and never left a mess ! The testimony of this young man and his humble beginning was such an honor to hear and such an encouragement. No matter what kind of past you may think you have don't ever think God can't use you in a mighty way. Eph6:8 & 1 John 3:2

Hector, the owner, came to my house while the HVAC was being installed. I asked him a question about my fireplace and he took his time to stop and try and get my pilot lit on my fireplace for me, he also removed the window unit from my window that I was wanting removed. He didn't have to do that. The system was just installed on Monday. So far I am happy with it. Mike the salesmen gave me space when I told him I needed time to research and get a couple of other estimates before I made a final decision so I was completely comfortable with my decision. I would recommend Freedom. The crew was friendly, they were able to install within a day of scheduling and they worked quickly. It as a positive experience. Another plus was the 0% Financing.

The owner installed a new Trane AC unit in my home this past July 2018. Installation went well, however there were a few things he needed to come back out to tweek and program. I asked him to text (BEFORE) he came to my house to make sure I was available. He text me and didn't hear from me and came to my house anyway and I was not available at that time. I've never heard from him since. for the amount of money I have paid to his little company, I (the paying customer) should've been a main priority but I was absolutely not! My programming has still to this day (10-5-2018) not been done. The paying customer is always right. Not in this owners actions! I am very disappointed, and would not recommend this business for your AC needs.

The owner of this company made repairs to my A/C unit without first giving me an estimate of the repair then invoiced me for $720.00 which included services not performed,
His claim was that he charges a flat rate for repairs which he did not disclose before doing any repair however his office said there would be a $69.00 diagnostic charge.
The repair required 1 voltage controller, 1 compressor assister, and less than 1 1/2 hours labor.
No major parts required!
