Very quick response for a quote, started work when promised, crew very efficient and conscientious of property, they took precautions to protect flowers/trees. Cleaned up debris as if they never removed old roofing. One would never regret calling this company for a remodel job. I will be bringing them back in my future projects. After a week of bad storms and high winds, we had suffered damage and needed to fix our roof Rich came out and diagnosed, helped me work through my insurance and we were approved to get a brand new roof.
Not only did they install a brand new, beautiful roof on our home (very large — over 10k square feet) but they did it in under 4 days and left our property spotless. You would have never known a crew was eve there!

The salesman was not pushy and gave time to get estimates from other companies. He was not the lowest but was honest about his products and what work was to be done. Crew was well schooled in the roofing business and when they ran into a snag, shifted to "Plan B" and still completed the job in a timely manner. The additional touch was the installation of gutter guards on the eves and snow catcher on the roof. Overall, well priced, and job well done. Many compliments from neighbors and very likely to get more business.

We learned a lot and after comparing quotes we contracted with Freedom. The scheduling for installation was reasonable, the installation crew was on time, and they took every precaution possible to keep the rooms clean during replacement. We had a lot of windows to replace (26 plus 4 transoms) but the work was completed in no time. The installers were very professional and kept the house clean during the removal and replacement of the windows. Any questions I had before, during and after we’re quickly addressed. The workmanship and materials were excellent. We are very happy with our windows and would use Freedom Home Designs again when we are ready for additional projects.
