Bought 2 pair of joggers. They are. Victorious joggers with the tag ripped out and Freedoms tag sewn on. I assure you this as I have the same joggers twice now. Lol I bought the freedom ones hoping they’d be a different shade of cloth, fit, and comfort based off the price. Do yourself a favor, save 25 bucks per pit and just buy victorious brand.

I ordered a hoodie for my grandson and still have not received it. I have sent 4 emails and not ONE has been answered. I paid $57 for it and the money was taken out of my account the DAY I ordered it. They will NOT refund the money. And they have not shipped the hoodie. Anyone know what I can do since they have no phone number to contact them

VERY slow shipping and they are very slow at responding to a question.

My girlfriend ordered a tech zip up hoodie from Freedom Industries in October it finally arrived AFTER Christmas in December. Once it arrive she tried on the hoodie and zipped it up here to find out the zipper was broke. Contacted the company via email got an automatic response that stated there was high volume of emails and I would hear back within 12-24 hours it has now been 3 days and I have yet to get an email back from them. I went a head and shipped the zip up jacket back to the company at the return address on the website. There is no phone number to call. I payed 15 dollars for the box and to ship it back. The website states, they will cover return shipment if it was a defect. Delivering a zip up jacket with a broken zipper seems like a defect to me and had to wait two months to get the hood. I expect a full refund.

This is the very first review I've ever left in my life because I only feel it's necessary. I decided to order a pair of swimming trunks online on July 1st for the first batch of pre-sale shorts. The company went on to run two more pre-sale offers named batch two and batch three. Long story short, I patiently waited for my item as they warned about long lead times but then a month and a half had passed by and some friends of mine who I had recommended the company to started to receive their items even though they ordered a couple weeks after me. No big deal so far, until I tried to contact the company for any kind of information or time frame. I sent five different emails over the five weeks and got one reply and even that email was one of the most unprofessional things I've ever had to read with not one apology or explanation as to what was happening. Summed up, it's now the first week in September and I still have no item or ship date. Worst customer experience of my life and I will never spend another dollars with them and would highly recommend saving the headache as well!
