I ordered a hoodie on Dec 6th. It never shipped. I've emailed 4 times for a status. They never responded including my request to cancel the order. This company is garbage.

As many of the other complaints their customer service is nonexistent. I purchased a pair of shoes that I seen advertised on facebook. I immediately received an email stating my order would be shipping very soon. I then received another email stating my order was shipping and a tracking number was attached. never seen my shoes and tried several times by email to find out the status on them no with no luck. it's been three weeks and I wish I would have just went to my local shoe store and purchased a pair of nike's. I looked them up on the BBB and all of the complaints were very similar to mine. I've tried phone numbers and no one answers. Please don't waste your time with this company.

I ordered a pair of shoes for my oldest son and they are awesome came in the mail fairly quickly. My younger son loved them so much that I ordered a pair for him and now they have never arrived. I’ve sent 3 emails and they never respond. They took my money and never sent the product and they refuse to respond or make it right. Terrible company horrible ethics. DO NOT purchase anything from them.

They tell you to email them at [email protected] for any questions or complaints, but no one replies...ever. Placed my order on 7/31/23 and received an immediate email saying they "fill their orders quickly." Received another automated email on Aug 7 saying my "order is on its way" and was given a tracking number. It's now Aug 13 and tracking status still says a label has been created but the item has not been received for shipping. No one will reply. There is no customer service.

I order about $300 worth of pants from these guys. I bought some 3 years ago when I started my job as a mechanic. They out lasted all my other work pants and was the most breathable. I work in Florida in a factory with no AC it gets too hot in here and regular pants stick to me. I hate it. I ordered pants again this time but after a month I was losing my mind I didn’t have them. Cause I really needed them for work. I had to send a couple emails which at first made me mad. But after getting ahold of someone he told me about how busy they are now since when I first ordered from them and seemed pretty sincere when apologizing for the wait for my pants and to hear back from them. After listening to me vent which they didn’t have to do they again apologized and made it right. I’m beyond happy now cause when you buy online someone’s it‘a hard to ever get help. They made sure I got taken care of. This is a quickly growing company that still looks out for their customers. I was so wrong about them I had to come leave this review to make it right. Their quality is definitely good and they will help you when you have a problem. You just have to be patient. They’ll show you they care!

DO NOT ORDER from this company. Save your money. Their apparel is not worth the price, it is all basic/cheap. Their customer service is the WORST I've ever dealt with. I placed my order the day after Thanksgiving, so I understand its a busy day and time of year for every business. But a week after I placed my order is said it shipped. I did not receive my order until mid January and it was only half of the order. During all that time I was emailing them, writing them on Facebook etc. And you know what? Never ONCE got an email back. Not one! I got 2 replies from the 20 some messages I left them on Facebook though. Ended with just getting a refund for my one missing hoodie and they did nothing to makeup for the fact that they screwed up. They lied and just didn't respond to one concerning email I have written them. How can you not respond to your customers when they are the one making your business go-round? I have a small business myself and I would never dare to fail any of my customers. I thought I was being scammed for so long. This is not how you do business. You always keep your customers informed, and if you screw up, you make it up to them so they return. I hope they fail as a business as they have failed me and soooo many other customers that I am just now finding out about. Don't let them rob you of your hard earned money like they did me.

I order three of the same sweatshirts from this company, but in different colors. I placed my order on Dec 15th and received it on Jan 16th. They only sent me two of the three sweatshirts. Did not receive the olive drab/black one I orderd and the navy blue one I ordered is black. Their customer service is non-existent! You can only contact them via email and they never respond. Left a review on their website, but have yet to see it. It looks like they only allow the 5 star reviews to stay. I wish I had reviewed this company online before placing my order, save yourself the headache!

I ordered 4 hoodies back on 11/25/2022 received an order confirmation and track # that some got canceled at the warehouse. I’ve sent multiple emails and messages and no replies.., I just want what I ordered or a full refund.

I ordered a sweatshirt on 11/28 for a Christmas gift. I immediately got a confirmation email but haven’t heard a thing since. I have tried emailing multiple times with no reply and when I’ve called the number it says that they aren’t taking calls from my number and/or their voicemail is full. Very irritated.

I purchased a pair of there XP1 shoes and to my surprise the shoes are made in China and it already shows. I’ve been wearing these shoes to work(office job) the last few weeks and already have some stitching coming undone. I’ve posted on there Facebook page only to have my post deleted and I can no longer comment. This company misrepresents themselves as Freedom Co with USA flags all over there products. Most of there products show USA made logos online so why wouldn’t I assume all there other products are also. I do not recommend doing business with a company that misrepresents themselves and then tries to silence you when you give some not so good feedback. Please do your research as there are plenty of good USA companies with similar style products but that are actually selling USA made products. What a disgrace!

This company fell off the slope and tumbled fast! Over the past few years I placed many orders and received quality goods especially their hoodies. The last two orders I placed were never received and that was back in October 2020. I filed a dispute with my card issuer and they said that they never received a response. I always thought it was strange that there was no customer service number, only email that never gets a response. Stay away , as we have all been hoodwinked by some vet con artists.

My girlfriend ordered a tech zip up hoodie from Freedom Industries in October it finally arrived AFTER Christmas in DecemberOnce it arrive she tried on the hoodie and zipped it up here to find out the zipper was brokeContacted the company via email got an automatic response that stated there was high volume of emails and I would hear back within 12-hours it has now been days and I have yet to get an email back from themI went a head and shipped the zip up jacket back to the company at the return address on the websiteThere is no phone number to callI payed dollars for the box and to ship it backThe website states, they will cover return shipment if it was a defectDelivering a zip up jacket with a broken zipper seems like a defect to me and had to wait two months to get the hoodI expect a full refund
