Frank,I am sorry you feel this way, we have been totally honest with you on this job, a tile roof is a lot different then a shingle roof, the tile are expensive on the first day the crew replaced tile and on the second day they replaced tile? Which is tile, also the hours are correct? We pride ourselves in good quality work and a fair price? We did a lot of work for you? We installed two gravity vents that you provided, we installed two soffit vents on the North side of home which we provided? We replaced rotten plywood, we removed tile from three valleys we removed the 1x2's and the bad underlayment then replaced all the bad plywood in these valleys and replaced with new plywood, 1x2's, underlayment and stainless steel staples and then replaced all the broken tile, to the left of the front door above the garage area We repaired a leak on the saddle of the chimney, and ? removed and replaced more bad underlayment? We added a sleeve of copper to the front of the chimney and reinstalled the tile? We fixed and replaced the ? slipped down tile? We repaired a leak on the water heater pipe and checked the two vents in the area because they also showed signs of leakage? We have been very fair with you on this job and up front,I know that this is your first experience with a tile roof, but the material we use is different then what they use on a shingle roof, even the underlayment for a tile roof it is $a roll, for a shingle roof it is only $a roll? We were up front with you on the charges with our rates, and travel cost we were there two days and expect to be paid for our service? The estimated cost was $6,so as you can see we worked very efficiently for you, because we came in at $5,? We were extremely fair and honest in costs.Best Regards,Chris & Cherie [redacted] ***

The bill was correct he signed a contract for $6,that was the estimate and we told him we would do at a time and material basis, which came in at $ We ordered his tile and the tile alone are $a piece, we did a lot of work for him replaced plywood, 1x2's, vents, copper and ice and water shield and many other items We charged him only $an hour which is very reasonable for tile roofing The travel cost was fair at $per hour and he lives in Brookfield He said he was pleased with our workers and with our work, but thinks the material is out of line, I don't think he understands the cost of tile, he is a new to a tile roof.Thank you and please feel free to contact me regarding this.Chris [redacted] ***
