I have no respect for this person and have no intention of sending him any settlement, after the verbal abuse , foul mouthed messages left by this personHe is disrespectful , and I wish to never hear from him again

He never stopped by or attempted to contact me It is a fact that I tried to contact him a minimum of times, via phone--none of which he ever responded too! He installed this system! He is the one who left the valves turned all the way "on"--insuring that the system wouldn't work when the master water valve was turned back on! I left him clear and precise information, detailing what was happening--HE NEVER RESPONDED EVER! This guy is the worst example of customer service, I have encountered in years! [redacted] still hasn't returned any of my phone calls--including one made today! Regards, [redacted]

There are only Two Sprinkler Fields on this system--He left the valves, wide open on both! This insured that when you turned on the Master Valve, that both fields would activate and would not be controllable from the electronic timer mechanism! He never returned any of phone calls--though he came out and serviced the property immediately bordering my yard--without stopping by at my residence--I was home, seeing as I am retired! He could have called and told me exactly what to check and saved me calling City/Valley Sprinkler--They came out, for $60, and told me within seconds what I been done incorrectly! [redacted] is Unprofessional and Disrespectful plus a Liar and unable to complete the even the most basic customer service He never returned even a single phone call in a month time period I wouldn't recommend him for the simplest task to my worst enemy! All of this could have been avoided by a second phone call Regards, [redacted]

Review: Freedom Landscape installed sprinkler system, at my residence and also turned it off or "winterized" it in the fall of 2014. When I turned on main valve, to system, about 60 days ago--all the fields came on, at once, at the timer controller, had no effect on the system and wouldn't shut it off. I called the owner of Freedom Landscape, at [redacted], every week for 6 weeks, and left messages, detailing who I am, contact information and address, with phone number, and the nature of the problem--emphasizing that he had installed it and winterized it! He never returned call and had some kind of weird message on his voice mail. Today, June 16th, he was at my next door neighbors, [redacted] of [redacted], doing routine sprinkler service. He never knocked on my door or attempted to contact me--though I was sitting here, the whole time. He left without contacting me and again, will not answer my phone calls? I have had to have another sprinkler company, come out and check my problem--the Problem was he hadn't shut off 2 sprinkler field valves, when he winterized my system last fall. It took 20 seconds to close them and I was charged $60 by [redacted], of Spokane, Wa. at [redacted]. [redacted], the owner, did the service, which cost me $60. I could have done this myself, if the owner of Freedom Landscape, had ever called me back! Unprofessional and a Liar!Desired Settlement: Freedom Landscape can send me $60!
