Again, I am not certain that any agreement will be met on this issue My husband and I are looking at some possibilities a this point and will contact [redacted] via text when we look at all angels on what we are possibly going to do At that point, if he is not willing to go along with how we want to handle this, then the issue with him will never be resolved Nothing that can be done, will ever resolve my complaint And all the lies and BS from Mr [redacted] are not helping his case to get this resolved So at this point, I am done with all this back and forth on here from him and am not going to waste anymore of my time playing this game We still have the complaint submitted with The Consumer Protection Agency And we have not hired a lawyer at this point, we have only just had a consult with him But if we get to the point that we need to hire him, everything is ready to go Regards, [redacted]

I used Freedom Landscaping as my landscaper and maintenance companyThey are expensive and do not do any kind of weed controlneighbors have discontinued the use of this companyOne neighbor still uses this company and they have grass and desert landscape rocks filled with weedsIf you care how your yard looks, I would suggest using another company*** is argumentative and thinks the work her men do, are never at faultIf you want weed control she charges at least times as much as any other reputable company and has yet another company to do that workShe does not do pre emergent or any chemicals

I have been a customer of Freedom Landscaping AZ, LLC for four years. They have always done a super job when they come, my back yard is trimmed, my bushes are trimmed, they maintain my sprinkler system and monitor it, they blow all the debris away and counsel us on when our plants need attention. Because of them, my front area always looks good. The men who work for them are pleasant and efficient. The cost is reasonable and the owner is a wonderful person. I would recommend this company to anyone in the East Valley who needs landscaping services.

Per the complaint R-21 insulation had been used in the basement. The front bump out was rotten the two windows were fine and I was told that Mr. [redacted] was going to look for a new window in have us it in the front bump out of the house, none of this is in the original estimate so anything...

above and beyond is a extra work order, Mr. [redacted] told me to go ahead with it knowing it would be extra. If there were concerns about the siding job, this is the first I heard about it I had asked the [redacted]s if we could get together and discuss this and I never got a response as to when a good time for them would be. As for the mess my crew did the best they could do with there  being about 8 inches of snow that fell, we would be happy to come back in the spring and clean up the rest. The complaint about the other windows that they bought are used windows I cant make a guarantee on installing used windows most windows were not in the best of shape nail strips were missing on some but they wanted them in. The bow window was suppose to be a 6 foot by 4 foot bay window I made a mistake and got them a bigger window 8 foot x 5 foot with crank outs which cost more than double hungs I did not charge them for the extra labor for installing that bigger window and extra framing, the window they got is new and has never been installed. I never told them I was getting all my materials at Menards I told them that I shop at Menards. The 2x12 in the back were the deck use to be was installed at no charge and was not on the contract had to be done because the house is hanging off the foundation over 1 inch, I told Mr. [redacted] he could paint it or wrap it with aluminum he never told me to give him an estimate on wrapping it so thought he was going to paint it. The issue with drywall inside was never our job to do Mr. [redacted] told me he was going to do it instead.  The hand rail I used a interior one so it could pass inspection and be easier to grab because she has bad knees, they said it would be fine and they would stain it. The windows that came out of the house Mr. [redacted] gave to one of my guys for his hunting shack. When they signed a contract with us that is what they pay, when there is extra materials it all gets returned because they pay us for the job not the extra materials, I always order extra so I don't have to keep running for more materials that doesn't mean they keep whats left over. Lastly weather they write the check to me or my business I have to pay tax on it no matter what, also in the contract there is no mention of siding the front porch so that would be an extra charge as well. My legal position is that by law the [redacted]s can not hire someone else to fix my work I have to be given the opportunity to fix the problems, this is an attempt to smear my name and try to get out of the extra work orders Mr. [redacted] agreed to. The reason it took so long is we should have started the job when the contract was signed but they didn't have the money until 3 weeks later, by then we were in December and with the holidays, extra work on the house, snow and freezing weather lead us to delays on the project. I have tried on several occasions to call and met with the [redacted]s to resolve these issues and was told they would get back to me and then I get this complaint form the Revdex.com. I don't know what more I can do?

I do have a substantial amount of information and I am not able to attach all that much on here.  I have several pictures and I have copies of the proposal/contract that he gave us, that would clearly state that he is in breach of contract for some of the work.  Since his response back to this was not in anyway admitting to any of the issues, we have already talked to a lawyer on this issue and are in the process of going through the proper channels with our lawyer and the Consumer Protection Agency.  And to verify the fact that I am only doing this to smear his name and get out of paying him for the remaining work is ridiculous since I paid him up front and in full prior to him even starting work on our house.  I understand that he did do some work that was not on the proposal, but with the fact that the bow window that is on the proposal as going to be a special order bay window.  He decided to take it upon himself to put in a bow window, which may have been more money, but it is not a complete window that we have to yet pay out the same amount that he is stating we owe him, to order the rest of the window to make it make it safe as far as Anderson Windows has told us we need.  If you can send me a link to send the whole file to, I will be happy to send you all the information I have.

I would like to start off by thanking the hard workers and owners for our wonderful experience and beautifully transformed backyard! Our project turned out even better than we could have hoped! We received great service from the owner, Angela, and the two workers who showed up every day and worked in the heat of summer to make our yard a pleasant oasis with artificial turf for our dogs, real grass for the kids, and a beautiful Marbella stone patio extension for us all to enjoy. It is also important to note that the final cost was spot on with what the estimate was prior to starting the work, even while adjusting plans and plants along the way. We highly recommend Freedom Landscaping AZ to anyone in the valley area looking for great service and results, which they are still providing even after they've gone. We are also looking forward to the future when we decide to renovate our front yard as we'll be contacting and using Freedom Landscaping again.
