When we signed up with Freedom lending we were told up to the last day that all debts were going to be paid out yet three debts that were clearly in collections weren't paid out and we had already received the funds into our accountWe didn't know until the paper work came two weeks later that they weren't paid after we had taken care of home repairs we needed desperately to doIt was human error but cost us as we don't have the funds to pay the debtOn top of that, the process that was suppose to take business days took weeks!! ***

I was sad tried a lot of company's to take mortgage but it was not approved then I tried this lender in 5 days they approved my loan and now I am happy that they solved my problem and thanks of those teams spatially David k.

Very friendly and patient customer service!! We dealt with Jenn R. And she was fabulous and we could reach her at any time. She really took the time to explain and guide us through the process. Her empathy toward our situation we felt was genuine. Would definitely recommend this company.
