our rebuttal.  ------------------------------------------Mr. & Mrs. [redacted].We are making our 4th attempt to collect a debt.  Your total currently due us is $85.00 for 9/1/2017 service, plus $75.00 in late/collection fees for a total amount owed to freedommaid of $160.00.  We performed cleaning services exactly as you requested on 6/6, 7/7, 8/4 and 9/1 without issue or 24-hour notification as signed on the estimate agreement.  On 9/1 we performed services exactly as to what [redacted] requested and signed the agreed upon cleaning estimate.  [redacted] then contacted us to request we use her vacuum, which Lorraine notified her that the quality would not be the same with her vacuum.  [redacted] also made notice about the top of the fridge wasn’t cleaned.  This would have been covered on the initial cleaning as Brent discussed with her, which [redacted] denied paying for.  Therefore, the top of the fridge was not cleaned.  I notified [redacted] that she needed to find another cleaning service that we would not be servicing your home any further.  Now, you ([redacted] and/or [redacted]/[redacted]) called your bank and cancelled the payment for our services.  I explained that there were many areas of your home that needed attention on the initial deep clean, [redacted] denied the added services to address the dirty areas I noticed on the estimate walk through.  The initial deep clean would have covered blinds, baseboards, cobwebs, top of fridge, door jams, door casing, window casings, window sills, light switch covers, air vent returns etc. as stated on the estimate agreement which [redacted] signed on 5/31/2017 (which would explain your concerned picture with crumbs on top of the fridge).  I explained to [redacted] during the estimate that it was needed and highly recommended, [redacted] denied again stating “the last cleaner over charged us and you guys didn’t want the deep clean even though the quality by previous cleaning company was poor”.  I also explained to [redacted] once again during the estimate that we do not do light globes, inside any lights, lightbulbs or light fixtures, windows or inside lamps as part of our services. (which would explain your picture of dust inside the floor lamp picture).As also stated on the signed estimate agreement, if you are unhappy with any service we perform to call us within 24 hours and we will gladly come back and take care of it.  We have never received a call from you about our quality or cleaning concerns since inception and in fact we have documented information on each clean at your home.  Therefore, no pattern of poor quality nor any communication via email or phone, nor text from you.Please send the $85 cleaning fee, plus $75 late charges to the following address.  You have made no attempt to settle this debt in any way, thus far.  We will not accept anything but full payment.  Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.      Brent H[redacted]President/Founderp.  208.559.0007e.  [email protected]
