Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: What they posted is a lieThey told me directly that until this year they had outsourced the paymentsIf they check my payments they will see at least one late feeI have moved to another mortgage company because I do not trust Freedom MortgageWe were with them at least two years and had payment problems all along Also I was told by one of their representatives that they do not post directly when they receive paymentI have seen this for myself when I mailed my Febon 2/4/and it did not get posted until Feb16/I have a photo copy of the front and back of that checkI spoke to a repon 2/12/whose name was [redacted] and was told, "wait and see if it posts, if not you will be assessed a late fee and will have to call in to get it reversed I also received a call after I made my complaint, do not have a namewho said they were from the tech teamThey also told me until recently they had outsourced the payments! Guess they don't know how to keep the right hand knowing what the left had is doingNow I want them to back to the beginning of my loan and send me a check for any and all late fees EVER attached to the loanGlad not to be doing business with them ever again Regards, [redacted]

Dear Mr***: The check never came to Freedom Mortgage as it was sent to Key BankYou may want to check with your bank but I don't think it can be presented for payment after monthsIn addition, banks are required to destroy checks after monthsKey bank has stated that the check was past their retention period and was destroyed Thank You [redacted] Assistant Vice President

Freedom Mortgage took over my loan a couple of years ago, and it has been nothing but headaches since then Not only do they continue to make mistakes with the loan (paying the insurance when I pay it myself, not sending money owed to me, etc.) but they call me everyday, usually times a day I have also caught there employees in lies, and using scare tactics I have talked with supervisors about it, and have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me unless it is about my current loan All attempts have been pointless They continue to call and bother me everyday!!!! I see the Revdex.com gives them an A- rating even though they have a 84% negative rating from customers!!! I would give them an F all day everyday!!!! I DO NOT recommend this company under any circumstances!!!!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Dear Sir or Ma'am,As you suggested, I have been in touch with two different Customer Care RepresentativesThe first person I spoke with regarding this account was Codie (last name unknown) on 4/14/at 9:a.mI spoke with Codie again on 4/2/at 2:p.mI expressed my concerns that the account is delinquent and past due in the amount of $12,I told Codie that the account should be past due, because under the divorce agreement, I was to pay my ex-spouse the mortgage amount for years, which I will end in December I also told Codie I was not interested in any loan modification or refinancing the mortgageI expressed to Codie my desire to get my name off the mortgage loanI called Codie on 5/25/at 2:p.m., and was told my loan was reassigned to MrsChristian H, who was out of the office on that day, but was told that I called and requested a call backI called MrsH on 6/6/at 3:p.mand was told again that MrsH was out of the officeI called MrsH on 7/5/at 5:p.m., on this date, MrsH was busy and I requested a call backI called back to speak with MrsH of July at 4:p.mand requested a call backI am still waiting on that call back.My desire for this loan is to either Deed in lie of Foreclosure, Short Sale or as the last resort, ForeclosureI do not want to refinance or do a loan modification for this loanI need for this to happen as soon as possible.I need to know why Freedom Mortgage bought a delinquent and past due loan from ***?
