Ms. [redacted] Upon receipt of your complaint I reviewed both the application you had in process and the insurance claim you have on your current loan. The application was a streamline where we were lender paying the closing costs. I am not clear on where you fee the was any misconduct. We...

processed the application, including the subordination of your second mortgage, extended the interest rate lock at our own cost and called out to you repeatedly, leaving messages on your cell phone to schedule your closing but you did not return our calls. I do not see many incoming calls where you were calling into to ask questions or get a loan status. The application has been cancelled due to lack of contact from you. In regards to the insurance claim, we have to follow investor guidelines and release funds as work is completed. We released $8,453.56 on 5/6/15, another 8,453.56 on 6/5/15 and then 11,835.00 on 9/16/15. You recently called in to schedule the 100% complete inspection which once complete will allow for the disbursement of the remaining 5072.12 left in escrow. Your funds were handled in accordance with investor guidelines and not in any arbitrary manner. I refinanced my house back in 2013 with Freedom Mortgage. My neighbor recommended Freedom Mortgage. What a horrible mistake I made going with them. I was supposed to have saved over 200 dollars on my mortgage. Not only did my mortgage eventually go back up to where I was when I bought my house, it has gone up a little more.
Forget about getting any help as well. I called this company because we're in contract (thank god) and I needed information. Apparently this company has different sub-companies because I was told I was part of a completely different company under Freedom Mortgage. You'd think if I called up that someone would be able to help, but no. I was transferred (twice). I received my payoff and had my email address updated so I could log on to their website (I haven't been able to get on in years even with the correct information). I just tried a few minutes ago and the website doesn't recognize me.
I can't wait till I get rid of this so-called-company. Stay away from them!

The 30 day notice as stated in the Fair Credit Reporting Act is designed to give me the customer a chance to address the issue(s) Freedom Mortgage and [redacted] are reporting to the Credit Bureaus. I was not given the chance to address and prevent the late payments and delinquencies from happening. Not given the opportunity to address the issues that were and are being reported has taken a toll on my personal credit, mental and physical health.Loan Number: [redacted] needs to be resolved within the next 10 business days. The loan either needs to be refinanced with my ex-spouse as the responsible party; the loan needs to be Foreclosed or Short Sale.Again, I can be reached at [redacted]What can be done to fix my personal credit score with the three Credit Bureaus?

However, in order to refund one of the payments back to you, we must be able to confirm that your bank will honor the funds from both payments prior to issuing a refund.   In this particular instance, our records indicate that you have stopped payment on one of the payments on August 7, 2017 and we have reversed that payment in our system. I was also advised that the balances being paid were reviewed with you by your processor prior to the loan...

Had you felt that they were less than what was owed we could have re-worked the numbers before rescission ended. underwriting reviewed and conditioned the loan on 12/14/15. Conditions were sent in on 12/19/15 but not all were provided. There was an issue with chipping and pealing paint that might require repair and we were trying to see if we could proceed without that being needed as of 1/8/16. The loan was eventually final approved on 1/25/16 and is now with our closing and scheduling department

The property taxes were paid, based on the Homestead Exemption, in the amount of 1085.72 on 4/19/16. The...

loan is scheduled for the Annual escrow Analysis in October of each year (state determined date). As a courtesy we ran an off-schedule analysis effective with the 6/1 payment. The new payment amount will be 1269.21 and a surplus check of 419.82 will be sent separate from the analysis statement. I have been with Freedom Mortgage since 2015 and I have made my payments on time. I just happened to be reviewing my credit report and they have noted that I have missed 2 payments which is incorrect. I am definitely not happy with this company
