I have a VA Home Loan with *** *** LLC which is part of Freedom Financial SolutionsI have spent the better part of the day trying to get an answer on when the taxes will be paid on my new propertyI have spoken to different people at the call center and was finally transferred to a voice mail before being disconnectedI am just asking for their policy on tax payment and do not understand why no one can talk to the Escrow Department-they keep telling me they can only send an inquiry and that I will only get an answer when I see it postSeptember is the due date and I do not want to be late-

My mortgage was originally with Freedom Mortgage but was sold to *** ***I made a mortgage payment to Freedom that I needed refunded in order to pay *** ***, and they would not give it backI was informed it was being mailed to *** *** by supervisor Shariff, ID # *** I was told he would be getting a FedEx tracking number so I could properly inform *** *** that my November payment was on the wayThis conversation took place on Monday, November 4thI was told he would get back to me on Tuesday, November 6thI have not heard from him, I have called several times and left messages without any responseOther supervisors have also tried to get in contact with Shariff and he has still not returned my phone callNo other supervisor was able to help me, and while I have filed a complaint with Freedom Mortgage nothing has been done about it as of yet
