As I have explained, Orders ship in the order they are received, based on availability If there is a product on an order that is out of stock, the whole order is set aside until it is resolved This is our policy.I have received authorization to offer you rounds of 1st run gr V-Max® Reman (SKU# [redacted] ) at the price of $per round, which is the same price and quantity as the order that was cancelled, # [redacted] I have noted this in both your order and your account Should you wish to take this offer, you will need to call our customer service department at 208-746-and have one of our customer service reps place the order for you We would like to resolve this matter

This order was cancelled The funds were not captured, so there is no money to refund With the unprecedented demand for ammunition, we are working hours a day to get as many orders shipped as quickly as possible Our website reflects the delays we are experiencing are 10- days or more, as does the websites of almost all the other companies in this industry Our calls and emails are responded to in the order received, I show that the email sent on July 5th was responded to on July 10th by customer service The email submitted on July 8, and 9th was responded to on July 13th, when the cancellation request was received and processed We agree that your experience with us was less than ideal We have now doubled our staff in both customer service and shipping in an attempt to provide better service We apologize that this resulted in a cancelled order and frustration

As we explained via our Facebook post, and to this customer already: we had a website issue at the start of our Black Friday sale This issue allowed a limited number of customers to purchase our door buster sales items We were sold out of the item at the sales price, which was advertised as a limited quantity item, before this customer was able to reach our site We do not have this item available at this price.Following is the official announcement as to what happened, as posted on Facebook:First, we'd like to apologize for those of you that stayed up extremely late with the hope of getting one of our door buster deals.Our website experienced unprecedented traffic due to the Black Friday saleHowever we'd like to give you guys a little clarity as to what happened last night.We've been preparing for Black Friday/Cyber Monday for a great deal of time and worked hard to address every cause of last years issue, for this year.Going into the sale we had done everything we thought was possible to not only make today go smoothly but come up with several amazing bundles/ deals that you all would get excited about.The $bushmaster ORC rifle for example, was a limited quantity itemWe've cut ammo prices across the board even when lead prices are going upWe also put together over $10k in awesome giftsOur goal was to put together the best gun/gear giveaway on the internet right now for you allUltimately to get you guys the best of the best deals and potentially win a prize.We took our website down at 11pm EST to switch on the deals, gifts, pricing, etcAt 11:30pm EST everything was functioning at 100%When we turned the site live at 12am EST the web traffic to individual pages like the pdf catalog and the bushmaster page caused immense lag for some customersWe immediately had multiple servers fired up and our development team doing everything possible to get the site running smoothlyUnfortunately this did take a few hours to fix.While this was all taking place we could not "kill" the deals on the website and customers were able to still place orders.We made a post online saying we were going to restart black friday dealsThis post was made too soon without fully knowing how many orders had come in during this period.We want to be as transparent with you guys as possible.We have completely sold out of the Bushmasters at $250/pc, they were gone in a secondWe are planning several more smoking deals to help ease some frustration you may have towards usWe're extremely sorry for what happened last night and we thank you for being beyond patient with us during this crazy time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:You call it an "authorization" and I call it taking my money - either I was without the use of my funds Either way, you admit that you processed my order for PMag round magazines and then cancelled it In a modern world with computerized inventory this is high questionable even more so when you allege that all of the Bushmaster OCR was sold out and therefor you could not take any more orders - funny how that worked yet your same system could not perform the same function for the PMag 60'sI still stand by the demand to honor both deals and to provide rain checks for these items during which time your company will continue to order these items to satisfy the rain checks Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:First off, all I was trying to purchase was rounds of 9mm ammo at a price that was about $less than what it normally costsThe fact that Freedom Munitions wouldn't honor such a small discount to a loyal customer who potentially could purchase hundreds or thousands of dollars of ammo over time is baffling to meSecond, I was literally sitting at my computer before midnight struck refreshing the pageThere is no way humanly possible for anyone to have connected at that point and placed an order and have it all sold out in minutes when the site was not functioningThere were hundreds of FB posts from upset customers like myself that ALL were conveniently deletedI would love to know exactly how many orders of that ammo offer were purchased and at what timeIn any event, again, all I was asking here was this discounted price which was only about $If Freedom won't honor it, that speaks volumes to me about what they think of their customer base Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that while the final outcome was a cancelled order, I feel that they misrepresented themselves in their response My initial email was on July 5th, days after my order When I made my order, the website stated it may take - days to ship I then received a response days later informing me that shipping may take longer days after I submitted my initial email, I needed to change my order, since it hadn't shipped yet, those were the following emails that were never responded to, along with the multiple phone call attempts I finally received an email informing me that my order was cancelled after I submitted a claim with the Revdex.com So while it looks like they did their part with what they wrote in the response, it is lacking in any actual detail as far as their terrible customer service I would like it reflected that while I accept the response cancelling my order I believe they are a terrible company when it comes to customer service.Sincerely, *** ***

If you will please review your credit card statement, you will see that there was a pre-authorization for the amount of the order, $190.00. This order has been cancelled. The pre-authorization with your credit card has been reported as a voided pre-authorization to your bank. We apologize for the inconvenience and have cancelled the order and refunded the full amount of the order, which was $372.20. This was processed 6/30/and may take up to business days to appear in your account

We were able to work with this customer to rectify the situation. I believe this has been resolved

***, We appreciate the opportunity to clarify our business practices. At the time orders are placed, we do not perform a financial transaction. We place a pre-authorization on the funds on your credit card. No funds are captured until we ship your order. The
pre-authorization will fall off of your account within 3-business days according to your bank's policies. This is similar, in practice, to a pre-authorization issued by a hotel upon checkin. Unfortunately, our warehouse reported an inaccurate inventory, which led to us overselling on the product you ordered. As soon as the inventory issue was realized, we made every effort to contact you. In light of our error, we offered you the 1st run remanufactured product in the same caliber at an additional discount. We apologize that this did not meet your needs, but we are unable to fill your original order. I hope this clarifies the situation. Thank you

An investigation proved that the package was lost after it was received by the warehouse. We have issued credit for this package, resolving the issue with *** ***

What I don't understand is, the product was shown "In Stock" when I ordered it How can the business be waiting for product to come in, when it was "In Stock"
The business practices of this company is suspect in this regard.

I am rejecting this response because:As stated before in the complaint, this is a repeated issueThe business (Freedom Munitions) has bragged repeatedly how they "worked hard" to remediate the exact same issues that happened over the Black Friday 2016, while engaging in the bad practice of taking the site down right before the Black Friday while blatantly wrong information was posted (countdown timer) and not remediated.Conflicting information was posted during the events of Black Friday 2017, typical bait and switch methods were used (posting "door buster" deal for ammo that miraculously sold out while the site was down while the exact same ammo was posted at a higher price and was miraculously in stock.No proof was shown that the "limited amount" of rifles was actually sold to real customersThe number of available rifles was not disclosed prior to the Black Friday sale, making numerous customers waste critical hours while Freedom Munitions was claiming to work on the site and "make things right for everyone", which they never did.I stand by my statement that I believe they engaged in deceptive advertising, bait and switch
The next complaint will be made to the Attorney General of the state of Idaho, MrLawrence W***, since obviously Freedom Munitions does not intend to keep its promise and deliver the rifle I had in my basket at least times during the Black Friday sale of

I am rejecting this response because:  They did not answer as to why other orders were filled ahead of my order when they were placed after my order.  Their response was typical, blame it on the customer.  Also they did not offer a better product for the same price, only tried to up sell me a product, why should I have to pay more.  Maybe it is time a regulatory agency like the ATF to pay them a visit.
