*** *** our sales manager, has been in contact with Ms*** and has explained our contract and answer all of her questions over the phone. *** also scheduled a meeting with Ms*** to provide further explanation for 11/16/17; however, Ms*** called at the last minute and
cancelled the meeting. During our conversations with Ms***, we discovered she did not actually post the complaint on the Revdex.com website - it was her Husband who is not a party to the contract. Freedom Rides has reached out to Ms*** again to schedule another follow up meeting so that we may reach a resolution

Customer took delivery of vehicle on 8/9/17. On 10/21/at 9:AM (Saturday), Freedom Rides received a call from the customer complaining that her car would not start and a light came on her dash that read "ignition lock." Freedom Rides dispatched Usiltons towing company to have the
vehicle towed to a Freedom Rides repair facility. Freedom Rides service department is open Monday through Friday. On 10/23/17, the following Monday, Freedom Rides diagnosed the problem as a dead battery. The GPS/starter interrupt system was tested and was found to be working properly. The incident was unrelated to the GPS/starter interrupt system contrary to what the customer alleged in the complaint. The battery was replaced and the vehicle was returned to the customer. To our knowledge, the problem, which prompted this complaint, has been fully resolved

I am writing you in response to the Revdex.com Complaint, ID [redacted], submitted to you by [redacted] concerning a service issue with Freedom Rides, Inc.
We acknowledge that on June 24, 2014 Freedom Rides received a letter from the Revdex.com stating that on June 20, 2014, [redacted]...

[redacted] filed a complaint with the Revdex.com alleging the following concerns with her Freedom Rides account:
1. [redacted] is upset because her name was listed as a cosigner on her daughters account.
2. [redacted] wants her name removed for her daughters account.
3. [redacted] wants her credit bureau report updated.
In response to [redacted] concerns, Freedom Rides provides the following:
1. Freedom Rides acknowledges we made a mistake and inadvertently reported her information to the credit bureau. She is not one of our customers.
2. On May 19, 2014, we immediately removed her information from our account system so that it would no longer report to Transunion.
3. We transmit updates to Transunion during the first week of each month. Therefore, the update was sent to Transunion on June 3, 2014
4. We gave [redacted] a letter on May 20, 2014 acknowledging our error and notifying her that we would update the credit bureau on June 1, 2014.
5. We asked the customer to file a complaint with Transunion and she did.
6. We responded to her Transunion complaint on June 18, 2014 and requested that Transunion remove all Freedom Rides account information from her credit bureau.
7. We sent [redacted] a letter on June 25, 2014 stating the above.
Freedom Rides sincerely apologizes for the mistake we made. Freedom Rides has taken steps to prevent a similar mistake from occurring again in the future.

This business is terrible. They do not take care of their customers. Their vehicles break down. The don't give you a rental and follow the lease agreement and then take you to court because their vehicles break down.

Review: My daughter leased a vehicle from Freedom Rides in Seaford Delaware April 11, 2014. I did NOT agree to co-sign with her, infact they had told me previously that they do not permit co-signing. When they completed the paperwork with her, they placed my name on one of her forms as the co-signer on the Freedom

Rides Privacy Notice Only. I am not listed on the registration, nor on the actual contract for the lease. I never signed any document, and they do not have my signature on any documents regarding my daughter's lease contract. However, they reported me to the credit bureau as a co-signer. Since I contacted them numerous times once I found out their error as a result of applying for a loan, they sent me a letter saying that they had it was their error and would take my name off of the lease and sent notification to Transunion Credit bureau to take my name off. Their sales representative, Amber, even informed them that my name was never supposed to be on the lease. Secondly, we have requested updated information from them such as the information they sent to Transunion to prove that my name was taken or deleted from the report but they refused to provide any information. they had promised that it would be removed June 1, 2014 but it has not, and they kept saying they would do it but gave inconsistent dates. This has effected my ability to get lower interest rates, and has been quite distressing, because of their constant lying and unethical practices. I have contacted them over 12 times concerning this matter with the last time on Thursday, June 19th. They have said they reported to transunion but transunion says they have not.

I had also cntacted the Delaware State Poolice and Sargent D. and they told him they would correct this matter and the change would be document in Transunion or showing by July 2014, although they promised me June 1 2014. they told him it was a clerical error on their part and would remove me from the credit bureau. I have other evidence that cannot be listed in this report but will be happy to share should it become necessary.

I understand this to be against the law to add someone's name to a document and submit it for credit purposes without their authorization. I have all the paperwork to prove they admit it was their error, but nothing to prove they have corrected it. I have put in a complaint also with Transunion to investigate and am waiting for the results which could take 30 days.Desired Settlement: To have my name removed from my daughter's account and from the credit bureau as they promised. Also documentation that proves they have corrected their unethical offense.
