Freedom RV Repair

Review: Freedom RV was hired to replace a damaged cooling unit in my RV. The unit was replaced but the new new unit was defective. Freedom took the defective unit out but never came back to replace it or refund my money ($1553.00). In the process of determining if the unit was bad freedom came out and replaced the door seals and thermostat which was not the problem and chanrged me $302.00 for that replacement.Desired Settlement: I would like the money for the cooling unit, the seals and the small refregerator I had to buy refunded. $2022.00

Review: [redacted] was recommended by [redacted] RV to make repairs to my new Denali RV slide out which was/is leaking water. [redacted] took my $125 on June 26th, but has yet to contact [redacted] RV(purchasing dealer in Ohio)or [redacted] to move forward with the warranty work. The job was promised to be completed within 6 weeks. On September 15th, I called him and asked him to return my $125 for failing to make the repair. Additionally, by waiting so long, other issues from the leaking slide out require more extensive work to be conducted. [redacted] has repeatedly lied to mae saying that the paperwork and pictures were sent to the purchasing dealer. Neither [redacted] RV OR [redacted] have any record or information regarding my trailer.Desired Settlement: Return my $125!!!
