Never got back with me regarding my taxes that I filed with them. The phone number does not work and their physical address is now an empty office.
I went to them February 14, 2020 to file my taxes. Andrew P. is the gentleman that helped me with file my taxes. first he put in my Social Security number wrong. so I had to go back up there. He then proceeded to put in the wrong social security number for one of my children. They did not call me to inform me on anything that was going on with my taxes. I had to call them! for them to correct the errors that they made. After waiting the 21 days and not receiving a phone call. I started to call Which the number is now disconnected. and I've also emailed several times regarding my taxes and have not heard back from anyone. When I check on IRS.com it says that my taxes are still being processed the same thing they've been saying since February. I don't know if they need more information or if the information was wrong &I can't get in contact with freedom tax service to figure out what is going on. So I went to the office to see if I could speak to someone in person but the building is empty, the signs are down and the desks are gone. I don't know if I have been scammed or not. But I know my refund check is supposed to be sent to that building because I did have to pay a $450 fee for them to even file my taxes.
