On 4/1/15 I was contacted by phone from a representative of this company. They told me that I had a lot of computer issues and that they had a product that would correct it. After paying $299, they remotely installed a program. 3 days later my computer crashes and will no longer work. Freedom Technology's website offers a 7 day guarantee. I attempted to contact them about the issue on 4/6/15 and ask for a refund since it was within the 7 days. The original salesman agrees to refund our credit card. An hour after this conversation, we get a call back from a supervisor that says since we have a license from them we are unable to be refunded. While trying to repair the computer, the action that Freedom Technology took on my computer erased all restore points on the computer preventing a simple fix.
