Where do I start, I got into a collision back in April of this yearOne of Hanover's insured drivers hit my vehicle from behindShe was driving on an expired tag and was in the wrongThe police stated she was in the wrong and it is in the police reportHanover has done nothing but gives me the runaroundI have emailed both Dave and Kimberly and they both pass the buck to each otherI have sent email after email and have also sent pictures and supporting documentation to support my claimKimberly apparently loses your information as to where you have to resend her thingsIt is so many things wrong with the way I was treated from phones being hung up in my face to discrepancies in letters they have sent regarding the accidentThe bodily injury adjuster offered me one amount one day and then weeks later he offered me an extremely low amount When asked why I was being lowballed he states that their investigation did not find that their driver was 100% responsibleI had a witness, someone who I do not know from a can of paint come forward and state what she sawThis insurance group is low budget and has horrible CUSTOMER SERVICEThey don't care about their own insured or anyone that their insured hit for that matter
