I bought and paid for our trip to Grand BahamasWe were to on a ship to the island and stay there for 3days and for nightsI have gave them numerous dates with there request of the datesTHe last time that I tried to get us some dates they said that the hurricane demolished the Bahamas and that the ship wasn't going overWell from a friend that was not truethey were thereSaid it was beautiful and no rainI had to have surgery so I didn't contact them, then ?I broke my footSo now I am trying to be nice and give them a chance for our tripIf not they will be sued in small claims court

I won this trip on June 15, I contacted them that day, paid a deposit and gave them all my informationI sent them a check when I received my packet in the mailI was unable to take the first selected date so I called and followed their procedures to get the trip rescheduled, which was email them a letter stating that I wanted my date changed and the new dateThey rescheduled just fine and said a agent would be in contact weeks before we boarded the shipIn December my husband and I decided that we would cancel the trip because we were in process of buying a house and the closing dates would be when we were suppose to be gone in MarchI called and followed their procedures which were to send them a letter letting them know you were cancelling the trip and not going to reschedule itI did that and had the letter certified so I would know when Freedom Travel received itThey have received it and said it would be days before half my refund would be in my accountThey re

On 11/10/there were two payments of made to secure the cruiseOn 11/3/we mailed a check for 198, check number *** This check was cashed by Freedom Travel on 12/18/They were to call in March to schedule the April travel dateThe call never came and they are not answering their business phone or returning my call
