If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]YYes they fixed the immediate issue of providing a can when their can ate the last oneHowever, they still need to work on thier communication skills because the only reason I got my can was because of this complaint with the Revdex.comThe issues of not picking up trash when it's out and living about it will have to be a matter of time will tell if that issue gets resolvedAnd in their reply they say that their trucks are broken down for weeks, why can't they get it fixed, and also in their response they say I was not the only one that needed a deliverySo it stands to reason that I am most likely not the only person that had an issue, just the only one that brought it to the attention of the Revdex.com.But yes my immediate problem is solved

I spoke to the driver that picks up her trash…..even though the account was cut off in error, he continued to pick up her trash…he said she was using her personal trash cans and that the Green Can belonged to the neighbor, that they set their cans close to each other… There was no way that the delivery person would have known that and that’s why she didn’t leave another can. We do not have a green waste can from this company. We have been using our own round waste can to hold our trash at the curb, which has not been being emptied. We have been having to haul our own trash off for a bit over a month now. We have paid for the service. We have even paid early for this quarter of the year as usual. Every week that we have called and asked for our curb side trash can back the people at the company continue to say they will bring asap. We still have no trash can from them.

We just recently started using 1 –Arm Trucks…..Sometimes, the driver looses a can….not on purpose….because then we have to replace it…..our delivery truck has been broke down for 2 weeks and it has been difficult for us to deliver any cans, to any customer’s…..she wasn’t the first one on our list to...

deliver a can to….just because she gets angry and expects something that we can’t provide on the same day, doesn’t mean that we give poor service….the reason that she was missed before, was because with the one arm trucks, the can has to set 4 ft from the edge of the highway…when we ran the rear load trucks, the driver got out and drug the can to the truck to empty….I did have her route driver that crushed her can, deliver her a can Friday, on his way home..he did explain to her that it had to set 4 ft from the edge of the highway. Toters…We removed the Blue FWS Toter….We will swap out the Green one for a New Blue one, next week.   Thanks
