Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I do not pay for services not reneredI did however call and ask fir cancellation of their servicesThey took over my original trash servuce company who didnt pick up fir the last wks before Freedom took overFreedom has the worst customer service and the most rudeat peraon answerin phonesMy husband even called and she was rude rhen, he askes to speak to owner she finally let him talk to ownerHowever, owner was suppose to call him back which he never doneSobwe filed this cimplaintNo person in their rught mind will pay for something not being doneI will pay the past due from ***, whom they took over, but refuse to pay for services Freedom didnt earn or renderFreedom never ONCE picked up any trashI had to take it to my ither residence and dispose of there.I dont ever want to hear from this awful company againAnd from the reviews of them I seen on facebook there are several others feels same way as wellTheir nit very well like and all cimplaines of their lady who answers phoneVery very rudeFreedom wont ever get any referrals from meI dont ever miss my payments but I am NOT paying for something I didnt receive.Get rid of your officie manaher you may get people to stay with company and give good remarks to the companyI do hope ither people see this so they can see how they areYes when they took over I owed the previous minth due to wks not been picked upWhen you take iver accounts you take on responsibility of it and make it rightBut no you only wanted to cresit ONLY ONE WEEK service and bill me and extra minth in ehich you didnt even pick up either.This company is the worse I have dealt withAll other bills I have they work with you on any problemsFreedom wontOne week credit is not acceptable fir wks no pickupI am NOT payin the month they never picked up either.Dont ever cintact me on this againAnd when I started [redacted] service before Freedom took over I paid a month in advance as wellThe half month when I started service and the next months.Sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted] ***

This issue started with a customer named [redacted] , her account was months past due, last payment received from [redacted] was on March 7, for $which covered March & April, after several phone calls to try to collect payment to no eval, we were forced to close her account and retrieve our trash canThe trash can was pulled in the morning on 6/15/by our Route SupervisorThat same day [redacted] called at 4:30pm and was very rude saying the trash can did not belong to Freedom Waste and was not our can, demanding that we bring it back to her homeI told her I would check with Route Supervisor in the morning and call her backAfter checking with him the next morning and verifying the serial number on the trash can, I called [redacted] back to let her know it is a Freedom Waste trash can and we do have rights to retrieve our propertyShe was yelling and very rude again and said her friend let her borrow the Freedom Waste trash canWhich her friend does not have the right to relocate our trash can and let someone borrow the can without getting approval from Freedom Waste firstI then again explained to [redacted] that her account with Freedom Waste was closed with us due to non payment, she never offered to pay her outstanding balance to re-open her accountAbout an hour after speaking with [redacted] , her friend [redacted] called our office and was also being very rudeI listened to everything [redacted] had to say without interrupting her, then when it was my turn to explain to [redacted] what had happened, she was over talking me and yelling, demanding we bring the trash can back to her friend and said she, ***, was a good paying customerWhen I tried to explain to [redacted] that I will not bring our trash can back to [redacted] , she told me to shut up and listen to what she was telling meI then told [redacted] that her account is currently paid until the end of June and after that we will no longer provide service to her homeBoth women behavior was unexceptional and rude, could of been handled in a much more civil environmentI will not provide trash service to either homeThank you, [redacted]

To whom it may concern,  [redacted] was put on stop service (meaning her trash would not be picked up) on 8/25/17 due to non-payment. Like most waste haulers, Freedom Waste bills one month in advance. We verified that the contact information was correct with Mrs. [redacted] upon her first...

call explaining her frustration during the acquisition of her account via [redacted] Sanitation. She was informed of the charges due to her account for her trash pickup. A credit of $4.25 was applied to her account as a courtesy for her inconvenience during the transition process from [redacted] to Freedom Waste. Mrs. [redacted] continued to call and complain, but had yet to make a payment. Services are charged based on an estimation of trash that will be picked up. Unless Mrs. [redacted] has taken care of her waste accordingly then she would still have several weeks of trash that would need picked up, justifying the charges applied to her account. Because payment was never received for services, Mrs. [redacted]'s account was closed effective 9/13/17 with an adjustment of $51.75 for the money still owed to Freedom Waste. Attached you will find a statement showing charges and the adjustments made to her account. Numerous attempts were made to explain billing and the reason for the charges with no resolution from Mrs. [redacted] which lead to the closing of her account with Freedom Waste.  Thank you
