Hello, this window company replaced my windows in September of 2019. They cut the wires to my security system. Now I have to have that rewired and they also replaced one of the windows with a cracked window. I want this repaired ASAP.
Repair REPAIR AND REPLACE
All of our quotes state "Alarm relocation is customers responsibility"
Sept 3 - replaced 5 windows
Nov 12 - homeowner texted about cut alarm wires and cracked glass
We offered to pay for the alarm repair, and offer to contact and pay
for another window company to replace the glass.
Nov 14 - alarm repaired.
Nov 19 - mailed check to reimburse homeowner for alarm repair.
Nov 20 - glass replaced
Nov 21 - mailed check to reimburse homeowner for glass replacement.
Freedom windows went above and beyond to satisfy the homeowner in a timely manner.
