I have reviewed your account and we see that you took out a loan for $on April 1, and that we deposited money into your xxx Bank account ending in XXXXXXon April 1st that settled into your account on April 2ndThe credit to your bank account was accepted by your bank and the trace number for the deposit is XXXXXXXXXXXxxxxThe bank has confirmed that you are the owner of that accountFurther, we have a fully executed contract that was electronically signed on April 1st agreeing to the terms and conditions of the loan along with a confirmation of your obligations to pay the loan back along with the interest and fees for the loanAs part of the loan application process, you also completed our instant bank verification process that further validated that the SSN and Bank account provided during the application process matched your name, address and bank account information provided in your application
Your first loan payment was returned to by your bank on April 30th and we attempted to contact you to make arrangements to bring your loan back into good standingTo date, you have not contacted us on the phone numbers we have left with you in our several attempts to contact youAs a result, we sent your account out to the collections department to work to collect you loanYour account remains materially behind schedule and we would like you to contact us right away to make arrangements
If you believe this loan was made in error to you or that someone has used your account to obtain a loan without your knowledge, we ask that you call the loan center where we will set up a time to contact your bank with you to work to resolve this discrepancy and to retrieve the $loan that was deposited into your account back on April 1stIf we are able to retrieve the money back, we will consider closing your account with us in total
