We purchased a camper from this company around a year ago. When we were doing the walk through before making everything final, there was a little water damage by the bed. The person taking me through the walk through said it was probably due to the camper not being level and that they would fix it before I picked it up. I picked up my camper eventually. The first time I took it out camping, there was still issues with the AC unit. It was causing water to leak down my walls. I would have to use towels to prevent it from damaging my floor. I found recall paper work and spoke to the company. I brought my camper up and they were supposed to fix it. I didn't contact the company for a few weeks because of my child's birth, but when I did they could not find my camper. I did everything the person told me when dropping it off. After a little time and me calling them, I finally spoke to the receptionist and she said it had been misplaced in the back lot. They were still getting things straightened out with the recall paperwork. Eventually they claimed to get everything fixed and I went up to pick up my camper. When I was walking and inspecting it, they had damaged and scratched part of the inside and outside of the camper while making repairs. I spoke to the General Manager after this, he claimed he understood and said he would make some calls and they would probably just replace my camper. This was back in January of this year. I have not heard anything from him. I took my camper out one more time in May but had to end our trip early due to the same water issues. I purchased this camper almost a year ago and have only had it for a couple months.

We are trading Mr *** out of his unit at this time. It has a manufacturer's defect. He is satisfied at this time.

We bought a 2018 Coleman camper in August 2017. At that time their was a "winterized" sticker on the camper. We asked our salesperson if it was "winterized", he confirmed that they are come winterized from the factory. We never hooked water up to it and had it in storage for the winter. We did not winterize it, being that we were told it was and it even had the sticker claiming it was. On 4/21 we hooked it up to water for the first time only have to water go everywhere in the kitchen. The tank and pipes were busted. On 4/22 I took the camper to Camping World (where we bought it) and explained the situation. I was then told that it was my fault because I didn't winterize it. I asked why would I spend the time and money on winterizing it when I was told that you (Camping World) already did this. The manager then told me that was my word against the salesperson. Why would any manager say that to a customer? Even if I wasn't told that it was winterized, why would they sell something labeled winterized? He explained that Camping World runs water in every camper to test them. This was never explained to us. He then said we signed something at the time of purchase, we went thru our paperwork and didn't have anything. We asked Camping World to provide a copy of the document that we signed and they couldn't/wouldn't provide this. I emailed the owner that evening, very upset about having a brand new buster camper. On Tuesday they told me to make an appointment with the service department and it was dropped off on Wednesday 4/25. I have called 23 times, between me and my wife and we can not get anyone to call us back with an update on our camper.

was upset that his unit was not winterized prior to purchase in July of last year. We explained to the customer that we do not winterize RV's in the middle of summer.

In an effort of goodwill we have completed the repairs the customer asked for. The unit was finished on 5/11/18 and the customer picked up the unit on 5/14/18.

Purchased a 2017 Keystone Alpine FL RV 9/19/16. Brought the RV in for a satellite installation and minor warranty work on 7/6/17. Called numerous times to check status, including to the general manager. Service department would call back with little update if any and say they will contact soon with another update. This cycle repeated several times. We were finally able to pick up the RV on 11/1/17. We were given instructions on the satellite operations, but we were not given a receipt, warranty information or any type of instruction manual. The service manager said he would have it sent to us. We also did a walk thru on the warranty work. An outside shower hose was to be replaced and it wasn't. The technician removed a piece that connects the hose to the RV so the parts department would know which hose to order. We are again calling for an update on the hose they were to order, the connector they removed from the RV to place the order, and the paperwork for the installed satellite system. Management (including the GM) and staff do not take calls. They rarely return calls when a message is left. They do not respond to voicemails. We did receive a call two days ago after we sent a complaint to Camping World's headquarters. We were told they would get back with an update, but we haven't heard back. We're actually glad the warranty has expired so that we won't have to deal with Camping World (especially this store)in the future.

We never received a receipt, user manual and warranty information for the Dish satellite system we purchased and had installed.

I bought a 2014 Rockwood travel trailer on 7/31/2017... I was told I would have a title once camping world received a Lein release from their bank, told typical 10 days. The bank was paid by me on 8/21/17 according to ***. Myself and my wife have went to the dealer trying to get our title, still no title *** keeps telling us " The bank supposedly sent it to camping world to Enoch they have stated they have not received. We called ***, GM *** trying to get the title for our camper, we cannot get plates on this camper or use until it is licensed. Our temp tags they gave us ran out on 8/28/17.
Today my wife called yet again because we NEVER receive a call back from anyone at camping world to update us on the status of title release. Today *** at camping world told my wife she was told by Huntington bank they did send camping world Lein release 3 ***es.
We would just like to get our title and be done with camping world, we feel like they have held us hostage with not providing a title to our camper we bought on 7/31/17.

This issue has been resolved. He has received both the lien release and the title.

we will never recommend this dealer to anyone, as they would not return our phone calls.
