I get garbage pickup from this company times per monthI missed some payments earlier this year, due to automatic payment issues with a credit card glitch, (the card didn't work for two months for some odd reason, even though there was never a below balance in my checking accounts, so we have yet to figure out why that happened) and they stopped picking up the dumpster, which is when it got my attentionI then paid the balance, and asked for either an additional pickup or a credit for the pickup missedMy monthly bill is $94.78, so if I only got ONE pickup for the month of April, I should only have been billed half of what that monthly bill is, or no more than $which is one pickup per month They refuse to give me credit for the lack of picking up the dumpster that one time They insist on charging me the full $even though I was only picked up ONCE and therefore had to bring our trash to our local dump for the overage we could not wait on that month It is a small
