We also sent him a $200.00 good will check for the inconvenience, he call and thanked me for getting his issue resolved on Saturday May 27th.FYI: His delay was due to...
[redacted] internal delay in sending us the title due us.
Review: Brought a car in for service. the dealer did not put the correct amount of oil into the car, this has happened 2x.
I called the national office - the end result is the dealer put a note in my file to check the oil levels in the future but did not offer to fix the problem.
I purchased oil and put it into the car.Desired Settlement: Since this has happened 2x I do not know the impact the oil shortage will have on the engine.
What is the impacrt on the longevity of the engine?
The warranty should be extended for as long as I own the car.
