Caitrin K[redacted]RE: Complaint ID # [redacted]Dear Ms. K[redacted],We are in receipt of your inquiry dated January **, 2016 regarding canceling a FAST (FreeLotto Automatic Subscription Ticket) account for Angela P[redacted]. Despite the incorrect email address that was provided in the complaint we were able to locate a subscription account with the same name and address.According to our record Angela A[redacted] registered on the FreeLotto website January *, 2014. Then signed up for a subscription account on March *, 2014 for $14.99, subsequently she upgraded the account adding a Prize Doubler feature for an additional $7.99 on July **, 2014. To date we have not received a request to cancel the $22.98 we offer three options for canceling subscription accounts. A player can log on to the site using their username and password to deactivate the subscription. Second they can request to cancel through the renewal notice email received 5 days prior to being billed, and lastly through contacting customer service by phone or email.FreeLotto is not a scam as suggested in the complaint. Ms. A[redacted] was aware her subscription was still active there were several small prizes credited to the credit card on file, which is a benefit of the F.A.S.T service. We have canceled the account and issued a refund of the most recent charges. As a courtesy we have also given Ms. A[redacted] credits for two additional months, and apologize for any inconvenience.Should you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us [redacted].Thanks,Andrew K[redacted]PlasmaNet, Inc.

August **, 2013

Review: I've been playing FreeLotto for years and they've paid me when I won. But all of a sudden they stopped paying. I won on April **, 2015 and April **, 2015. They typically take over 90 days to pay, but these two are much longer than 90 days. I also won on Sept *, 2015 and Jan **, 2016, but this complaint does not include those since it's still in the window of their pay period.

The only contact information provided by FreeLotto on their site is an electronic submission which returns a standard response that doesn't apply to my complaint. I tried that twice before doing this complaint.

The reason I'm filing this complaint is because, in my opinion based on them not paying, they are frauds. If they don't pay, they should be shut down.

FreeLotto assigns a TSN (transaction serial number?) to each entry. The ones for the winnings (only $1 each) that I wasn't paid are:

April **, 2015 - TSN = [redacted]

April **, 2015 - TSN = [redacted]

The fact that it's only $2 total is not the issue. It's an honesty issue. If the company is not reputable, they should be fined or shut down.

Thank you for your help.Desired Settlement: Pay me my winnings. That's what I mean by "delivery of order."

Review: I signed up for freelotto.com. I have sent them several emails to ask to be taken off their list, and they have ignored all emails. Would greatly appreciate if someone could help me get off this list so they do not keep taking their fee off my card every month... I have tried several times to be removed, hoping that this will have me removed. Thank you very much. Desired settlement: need to be removed from their list!

Sincerely,

Review: I have freelotto subscription ;I have not signed up for any monthly charged subscriptions.

I contacted them and informed them that £22.98 are being withdrawn from my account,

Usually, they respond to my Emails ; with this issue they do not and because of that I have to accept they are being fraudulent and are deliberately withdrawing unauthorised cash from my account.

I tried very hard to get them to confirm cancelation ofl the monthly charges and refund my account accordingly. I stated If they do as I requested I will not complain and see this issue as just an error.....but todate still no response ?

I am baffled as to how they got my card details, I, ve informed my bank and they promised to moniter my account to block any attempts by freelotto to withdraw funds.

I cannot understand why freelotto believes that by not responding to customers that they will somehow get away with stealing money from bank accounts.Desired Settlement: To refund my bank account with all the monthly subscription charges- withdrawn from my bank account since beginning of 2015.

To erase details of my bank card to stop such heinous criminal activities.

To Email me confirming unsubscribed and a date when the refund will be completed, as well as an apology.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

[Your Answer Here]Please note that Freelotto have contacted me and does not seem to recognise the above Email ; they are under the impression that a £22.00 refund (their last withdrawal from my account) has resolved the issue ?They don, t seem to have a record of the above offer/agreement.Can you please contact them and confirm/validate the above Email they sent to you. Please also note that I did not authorise use of my bank card.....I repeat once I realised what they were doing (£7.40 per month, sometimes it increased to £10 +)I should of put forward my complaint earlier. When I found that the £7.40 increased and that £22.00 was also being withdrawn from my account. Plus £4.99 was being withdrawn from my pay as you go mobile accoun by lotto.....this was getting out of control. So, please inform them to issue the refund as agreed £68+ also remind them of the above Email they sent to you.I wish to confirm that I have not received the above refund todate [redacted] June 2015.Thank you.

June **, 2015 Revdex.com [redacted] RE: Case Number #[redacted] Dear[redacted],We are in receipt of your second inquiry dated June **, 2015 regarding [redacted].As originally requested, we had attempted to refund the previous three months of F.A.S.T subscription charges totaling £68.94 on 06/**/2015 to the Visa card ending in [redacted]. Due to the currency exchange to USD the £68.94 exceeded our maximum transaction refund amount by our merchant processor resulting in processor decline. To resolve this matter there were three separate refunds of £22.98 processed on 6/**/2015, which have all been approved. Sincerely,

PS: You are Excellent and I thank you so much.Freelotto, s excuse does not explain why they claimed ignorance regarding this refund offer. In addition I, ve nevet heard an excuse to withold a refund from any American internet company based on the currency trades of the stock market.?!?!I once again advise that people do not give their bank card details or account details to such a company.Evenso, once again thank you very much.

Review: I have been charged for 2 months ($10.00each month) for $20.00. I have corresponded through email that I don't have an account for freelotto EZ and they can't give me a login for the numbers and will refund my card and no additional charges will occur . The next month same thing. No refund and new 10 dollar charge!!! Now I have to cancel my credit card to insure that a third charge doesn't occur in January .Desired Settlement: Well since I've been charged for 2 months and repeatedly asked for either the numbers being played or a refund and was told repeatedly there is no account in my name, I assume I must have won 10.000 dollars and they just don't want to pay it! I assume the least they would do is apologize without a refund. But I've given several (SEVERAL) attempts to correct through [redacted] and met with the same excuse " no such account exists to refund" so I have taken to Facebook and twitter as my restitution .

Hello, Thank you for contacting FreeLotto. We strive to maintain 100% customer satisfaction. Each FreeLotto Results e-mail displays the drawing results for a particular day and how many numbers you matched to the winning numbers in each game. The Results are sent every night to our subscribers. To submit your entries ([redacted]) for the daily sweepstakes, choose your numbers for each of the FreeLotto games you are eligible to enter each FreeLotto day (i.e. between 3:00:01 PM Eastern Time (New York Time) through 3:00 PM Eastern Time (New York Time) the next day). Please visit our rules for more details: [redacted] When a player wins a small prize there is a dollar sign next to the ratio in the Results e-mail that reads as follows: [redacted] $1. This means that a player matched 3 of 6 numbers, and the prize is $1. If a person wins a grand prize it would display as follows: [redacted] Congratulations! If you are a winner, please follow our prize claim procedures below: If you are a prize winner you are required to forward your Results email to us at [redacted] showing the win. The subject line of your email must only contain your FreeLotto Confirmation number (Transaction Serial Number- “TSN”). The body of your email should include your first and last name, address, phone number, and date of birth. Please note that you have 30 days to claim your prize. Once you have properly submitted your win claim, this is what will happen next: Game 1: Classic FreeLotto Grand prize $1,000,000 winners (6 of 6 match) and second prize $300 winners (5 of 6 match) will receive a winners' notification package by mail, which needs to be notarized and returned to us. Third prize $5 winners (4 of 6 match) and fourth prize $1 winners (3 of 6 match) will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received their claim. This e-mail will give you an option to either receive your win, or to donate it to charity. If you choose to receive your $1 or $5 win, a check will be mailed to you within 60 to 90 days. Games 2 - 6: Win A Car, Pay-Off-Your-Mortgage, Fastcash, 100,000 GiveAway, (6 of 6 match) and SuperBucks (7 of 7 match) Grand prize winners will receive a winners' notification package by mail, which needs to be notarized and returned to us.
