Review: I Had Freeman mechanical install a new heat pump and furnace in june 2015, In july the inside unit over flowed with water and ruined the floor in front of the unit. I contacted freeman and he said he had to come out anyway to replace a recalled part. He never came and called again and sayed he come out ..never came ..Now he doesn't return my calls.Desired Settlement: Fix the floor, install the recalled part.

They said he has to contact [redacted] and I haven't had a respond back. It's been a week now.

I get a new heating & cooling unit installed and the product over flows from water ruins my wood floor and I can't do nothing about it unbelivable.
