I hired this company for my warehouse in Tampa. They do 24/7 security and have done a spectacular job. They cured our homeless problem. They also work at my HOA in Orlando. Our property has never been more quiet than it is now. There Patrol service is great. They enforce parking in our community, as well as move out trespassers from our pool areas. I would recommend them any day of the week...
Greetings, I would pray to God you folks at the main office contact me as soon as possible regarding a situation that happened between your director of securityRoughly around on 14/12/I was entering my apartment gate at [redacted] , on [redacted] Orlando FL There were four of Freeman's security personnel at the bar code scannerI hesitated to go in after the gate opened, to speak to the of the female majors, just to say helloI said, "Hey there's a lot of badges out here tonightAnd I have mine"My military badge that isShe goes off on a rant about what happened almost a week ago and my badge doesn't mean anything out hereI told her, "I was not trying to do that to her nor harm her"I thought incident was over and done withBecause I apologized and even told the other Freeman Security guards that, "They could learn a few things from herI was baffled to what I was hearing from herShe even pointed out that one of the guards is still in the militaryI was surprise to hear that, so I started to engaged in conversation with him until I was rudely interrupted by this young, small, slim, Hispanic or white, maleThe Director of SecurityHe walked up to my car taunting meI was confused to why he was acting so uncivilized and so unprofessional and out of character towards a U.SSoldierFeeling the tension in the air I go to back up to activate the gate to open up with my bar codeHe reaches for his weaponI asked him, "What are you doing"He turns arounds and ask me what am I reaching for"? I answer, "My gear shift so I can back up and open the gate"He continue to taunt me in front of his staff and belittle me for no apparent reasonI guess he needed to show off that my ranks in the Army doesn't mean a thing out here like the female major saidThen he continues to rant to me and flashes a light in my eyes and ask "Me if I have an eye problem"I never met this young man in my life That's when I couldn't take it anymore and starting to leave asking "Him why is he bickering at me"? He responds by asking me to spell, "Bickering"Until now, I don't know what 's going on and who this young man is and why no one on his staff have stopped this verbal abuse, bickering, and bulling; Because they carrying a gun, and they feel empowered over someone who isn't?
