Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: first of all, BATTISON did NOT work on the car after the first "accident"! Nor did BATTISON even know about the previous accidentIt wasn't an accident technicallyI rubbed up again a post on the covered parking at work and I had a private individual repair it bc it was VERY MINOR! I have NEVER complained about any previous damage to the car! The only remaining previous damage to the car was scratches on the headlight and the front bumper bows out a little bit bc of a broken clamp on the back of the headlight! Those issues ARE NOT the issues that have been mentioned in any of my complaints with the car! I think the blatant lie about talking to Battison abt the previous work and saying they repaired it is just further proof that these are VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!! Sincerely, [redacted]
