I placed my order on December 17th I received a confirmation for my order and they charged my card. A couple weeks go by and no tracking information or anything. I tried to call and there is a message saying they do not accept phone calls anymore and to email them. I've sent 3 emails and have not gotten a response yet other than a computer generated message saying they received my email and its been 2 days short of a month... Not sure what to do as I cannot contact them and they have my money...

Placed an order on December 3rd in which I received on the 11thI ordered boxes of kcupsThe package was completely smashed in and all the kcups were destroyedI phave pictures as proof of the box and all kcupsI attempted to contact the customer service department at black rifle coffee company via voicemail on December 11, I had also followed up with an email both with no responseI have also tried to reach out to customer service department through Facebook messenger as well as another email still with no response
I ordered some coffee from this company over a month ago and it hasn't shown upI received an update saying that it was failed to be delivered and that I needed to contact USPS and arrange a new delivery but when I contacted USPS they had not even received the package yetAnd when I try to contact black rifle coffee they dont respond at all and just ignore my emails and just send automated responses that dont tell me anything about the issue

I ordered a bag of coffee from this the Black Rifle Coffee Company on September 12, I received a shipping tracking number a few days later and when the day it was supposed to come came and went I contacted the company inquiring why the tracking number said only the label was created and there was no actual movement on the package I was told via email that it was lost in transfer to the shipping facility and a new shipment would be sent out immediatelyAfter another week came and went I contacted them again and they assured me it would be leaving that dayNow over a week later I still have not received the product I have paid for
I rec'ed two bags of coffee from Black Rifle Coffee on Dec Freedom Blend and AK Blend, both not worth drinkingI called the company and told them the problemThey told me no refunds or replacementsI requested to return for a refund and was told noI requested they send me a fresh bag of coffee to replace the old no flavor tasting coffeeI was told no
My daughter sent me the coffee as a Xmas giftThe cost is high and taste poorSeems using the Vet status to sell high price with names like AK coffee is hype at bestMy daughter was just trying to send me and her brothers (all vet's) a nice gift

Seems like I am having the same problem as a lot of other customersAfter placing my order on 12-28-with everything in stock, my order has still not been fulfilled as of 1-20-19, yet my credit card has been charged the $I have tried several emails and phone calls that are on their website with no responseI even tried to Facebook message them within this one month time period with no responseAlso as of 1-20-19, one of the items I ordered a month ago is now out of stock, so I do not know if that is what is holding my order upI would think they would email me or attach a memo on my order explaining the situation, or offering a solutionI figured they were swamped with orders over the holidays, but here we are days later with no contact
