I am rejecting this response because:In response to Freeman's responseVirginia S*** has not been honest in her response. She has not spoken to me times as a matter of fact she has been nasty each time I tried contacting her and hung the phone on me the last time I called. This situation presented itself in September and not in DecemberAll I asked of her is to call *** *** and give the name of the consigner of this piece so that *** *** can look in their Archive papers. Just because she thinks the piece is authentic does not mean it is. Papers from *** *** did not recognize it as such. I respectfully demand proof that this piece is *** *** or I want to return it.
Regards,
*** ***

Ref# ***7Response to the Revdex.com:On November 2, we offered a diamond and gold bracelet signed *** *** at our Jewelry auction with an auction estimate of $4,000-$6,000. *** *** of *** *** was the successful bidder at $8,500, she paid her bill ($10,625) and took
possession of the bracelet on November on November 12, 2015.On or about Dec5, I received a phone call from *** *** of *** *** questioning the authenticity of the piece and requesting a refund. She supported her requested by sending us a copy of a letter from *** *** (New York) stating that they were unable to ascertain the authenticity of the piece without additional information such as date of original purchase and the name of the purchaser. We contacted our consignor, a lifelong Philadelphia resident of good standing, to inquire as to whether or not they had any additional information. Unfortunately all they could tell us was what we already knew, the bracelet along with numerous other pieces of jewelry had been kept in their mother’s bank vault for more than decadesAfter her passing they consigned the majority of the pieces with us*** *** created jewelry from until his passing in - *** *** is currently owed by estate jewelers, not the same owners as back in the 1960’s which is the circa date when the bracelet was made so it is not unusual for a Company to be “…not able to ascertain its authenticity”. We have no reason to doubt the authenticity of this piece. This was explained in detail to ** *** (*** ***) at least times. *** *** has purchased at auction quite a few times over the years and each time she participates in a sale she agrees to the Term & Conditions (full copy attached) but the key points noted below: CONDITIONS OF SALE ALL PROPERTY OFFERED AND SOLD (“PROPERTY”) THROUGH SAMUEL TFREEMAN & CO, (“FREEMAN’S”) SHALL BE OFFERED AND SOLD ON THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW WHICH CONSTITUTES THE COMPLETE STATEMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON WHICH ALL PROPERTY IS OFFERED FOR SALEBY BIDDING AT THE AUCTION, WHETHER PRESENT IN PERSON OR BY AGENT, BY WRITTEN BID, TELEPHONE, INTERNET OR OTHER MEANS, THE BUYER AGREES TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONSUnless otherwise indicated, all Property will be offered by Freeman’s as agent for the ConsignorFreeman’s reserves the right to vary the terms of sale and any such variance shall become part of these Conditions of SaleBuyer acknowledges that it had the right to make a full inspection of all Property prior to sale to determine the condition, size, repair or restoration of any PropertyTherefore, all property is sold “AS-IS”Freeman’s is acting solely as an auction broker, and unless otherwise stated, does not own the Property offered for sale and has made no independent investigation of the PropertyFreeman’s makes no warranty of title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or any other warranty or representation regarding the description, genuineness, attribution, provenance or condition to the Property of any kind or nature with respect to the Property We are not willing to cancel the sale as we believe the piece to be right but we would be willing to re-offer the piece at 0% commission for *** *** account
