I am rejecting this response because: first of all, BATTISON did NOT work on the car after the first "accident"! Nor did BATTISON even know about the previous accident. It wasn't an accident technically. I rubbed up again a post on the covered parking at work and I had a private individual repair it bc it was VERY MINOR! I have NEVER complained about any previous damage to the car! The only remaining previous damage to the car was scratches on the headlight and the front bumper bows out a little bit bc of a broken clamp on the back of the headlight! Those issues ARE NOT the issues that have been mentioned in any of my complaints with the car! I think the blatant lie about talking to Battison abt the previous work and saying they repaired it is just further proof that these are VERY DISHONEST PEOPLE!!

Hello, We have made several attempts to make this customer happy. This was more than a door repair. Side airbags were set off the pass seat had to be replaced. The roof air bag and headliner replaced. The rocker on the right side had to be replaced. The floor was damaged all the way to the seat...

frame. We made Ms [redacted] aware that her car had been previously repaired she was under the impression that she had purchased a brand new car. The claim she made unfortunately did not cover the previous damage on the right front corner and front bumper. We told Ms [redacted] she has a lifetime warranty on our repairs but this warranty does not cover previous repairs. The insurance estimate was followed to the letter all original parts from Honda.Please see attaché Ms [redacted] signed a release that she would remove all negative social media comments including Revdex.com.Thank You for your time.Freeman Collision.
