Again, we provide the opportunity for a quote, but not for direct pricing.We will determine which particular agents in our network contacted the complainant, and urge them not to call backany consumer who says they are not interestedFurther, we have cancelled the consumer's quote request in oursystem and added them to our internal Do Not Contact list to preclude QuoteWizard from ever contacting them
