The night before I called Brian, we had a power surge and the oven timer would not stop buzzingWe unplugged the oven and the next day I was already home sick so I tried calling around a few different vendorsWe found Freestate in the Yellow Pages and they were the fourth or fifth vendor I tried but the first that could do anything that dayWithin a half hour, Brian and his son-in-law came by my house and within another ten minutes the problem was fixed
I'm sure it won't always be that easy and obviously you can't always get a same day service call at pm, but I couldn't have asked for a better service callThe rate was quite reasonable considering they had to come to me and I'd be happy to use them again
Great service, called in the morning to request service, by 11am my refrigerator was fixed and I was back at work. Very knowledgeable, knew what the problem was immediately.
