Review: I bought a watch (Shark Classic Mini blue/white) from this site on Dec 1 2014, received a confirmation email and then didn't receive any notice after that. I sent an email to customer service on Dec 11, 2014 asking about a shipping confirmation, still nothing. I received the watch a week prior to Christmas(thankfully). My daughter decided she wanted another watch, so per their refund/exchange policy, I called their customer service line to ask for a return authorization number (RAN), I was left on hold for at least 15 mins, after that I hung and called again, this time the phone just rang. I did this two more times after that and left messages both times on their voicemail (do not remember dates-hindsight I should have logged all this). On Jan 21, 2015 I sent an email(saved the email) to [redacted] stating the above and needing this authorization number as well as stating my frustration with customer service. As of today April 3, 2015, I have not heard back either through email or phone call. I even left a review on their site, with full knowledge that it probably won't get posted due to their customer service being below subpar, hoping they would call me. Nope.Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded, I no longer want to exchange this watch for something else. Dealing with this company (or lack thereof) has been a huge headache and will not be recommending them to any of friends/family/coworkers.
