Customer service is terrible. Location has live dogs unleashed roaming on premises. Sent someone out to measure but did not call back for over a week. We had to call them. Spoke to [redacted] who was laughing when she answered the phone. She interrupted me several times and kept asking if I had gone in, who I spoke with then proceeded to say that she could not read the writing on the estimate. This is a week later and we had to call them. When I said that this is unprofessional and wanted to cancel transaction, she was chipper and said, "Okay! Thanks! Buh bye" and abruptly disconnected the call. Very poor customer service. I do not recommend.
*The sales person also only wanted to show us the discounted shag carpet. Never called back either.
