Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, [redacted] first of all steve hadnt been to see roof job,second the only time they have resonded to my calls is when I do file with Revdex.com..sealant didnt fail because it has never been sealed around chimmney from the first day after they did their roof..yes the fashing around chimmney is a bad job period..from non skilled laborers..I dont want this roof just to be jerry rigged ..the guy they sent out to look at roof said the was going to take grinder and grind out mortor in chimmney which is bad ideal to start with.dont need my chimmney tore up as well..I want roof fixed right not rigged
