complaint please see the attached documentsYou will learn that ourfirst communication on this issue was not until 11/2/The tenant had reached out toyour organization without first notifying Freid El Corporation of her frustrations.After receiving the original complaint on 11/2/the following actions were taken:Note; 10/13/you will see a receipt from our service technician “*** ***”assessing boiler, furnace, and indoor/outdoor control system as pre-season maintenance.-11/5/: Property Manager “*** ***” visited the address ***

Review: it is 42 degrees outside and there is no heat in here at allDesired Settlement: I shouldn't have to pay $520 a month if there isn't any heat, this is ridiculous and I never heard of this before!!!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: I paid 22.95 for 3 members of my family to have a credit check.

The company has a townhouse listed online, that I was interested in renting.

The realtor name dana, and there was no last name given, was barely available!

I had to call them to even be aware of there site !

Yesterday I discovered that Freidel corporation never ran a credit check at all!!

I expect a full refund!!Desired Settlement: Full refund!!!!!!
