To Whom it May Concern Carpet is being replaced to match rooms correctly , originally we thought it might be a dye lot issue however...

the Mohawk Carpet manufacturer shipped the wrong color in error. It has been and always will be a high priority of Freight Liquidators to have great customer service , and in this case, it was a misunderstanding of relaying information from our installer to our management. This problem has since been solved and will be corrected. When [redacted] And [redacted] stopped in our store to explain their problem to myself Dominick Sr. I explained to them, I take customer service very seriously and would personally come to their house and inspect floor and my main objective was to make them happy and correct any problems. They left the store and 5 minutes later [redacted] returned and said he didn’t expect to get that positive reaction from me and revealed that he notified the Revdex.com prior and he would reverse this claim . I have assured [redacted] this problem will be resolved and he seemed happy that we are taking care of the problem. We want the [redacted]’s as our lifetime customers and believe we have earned their trust. Thank You, Dominick Sr.

Review: On December **, 2015 I had carpet installed in a hallway and two adjoining bedrooms by Freight Liquidators. After the installation I noticed some defects in the carpet in the hallway. I took pictures and sent them to Dominic, the salesman who sold me the carpet at Freight. He then sent the installers back on another day to evaluate it. They confiirmed the defects I had noticed and actually pointed out an additional one. I did not hear from the salesman for a few weeks so my husband and I stopped at the store to see what was going on. He told me he put in a damage claim for the hallway carpet and was going to replace it. He said he would let me know when the replacement carpet came in. When I did not hear from him after 4 weeks I again contacted him and was advised he would have it within two weeks. He called about a week later, advised that the carpet was in, and set up an installation date. After the new carpet was installed I checked it out and noticed it was not the same color as the original. It was darker. The contrast between the new hallway carpet and that which was in the bedrooms was obvious to myself and the installer. The installer said he would advise the salesman of the color discrepancy when he returned to the store. Two days later, since I did not hear from him, I contacted the salesman. He told me the color difference was due to a different dye lot. Since he had never mentioned to me prior to the installation of the new carpet that this color difference was a possibility, I was taken by suprise. When I questioned him further he told me there was nothing he could do about it and we had to take it as is. He said to me there in nothing wrong with having different colors in the hallway and bedrooms. That that may be true, however, that is not what I wanted or paid for. Since I may be selling my home in a few years, I wanted the carpeting to be uniform.

I am filing this complaint because, based on what he told me, I am now stuck, through no fault of my own, with something I paid for that I do not want.Desired Settlement: I want carpet in my hallway and two adjoining bedrooms that match in color.
