Freight Run LLC

We have used Freight Run for all our shipments since finding them earlier this year. They have an easy to use template to get estimates for your shipments, find the carrier you prefer, book the one you choose, and track the shipment all the way through delivery. If we ever have a question they are quick on the chat or we can call them and know we will always get somebody on the phone (well, until 8 pm). Their prices are very competitive to other 3rd party freight brokers we've used in the past. I would suggest Freight Run to anybody looking for a 3rd party freight broker!

Worked very successfully with Frank on a FTL one way from Idaho to Big Sky MT. last week - He was able to get me a truck in short order with a point to point delivery of mixed construction goods and all arrived just as shipped. I had a shipment picked up and delivered during the past week. I had never before shipped via a trucking carrier, LTL, or anything except UPS and USPS. The staff at freightrun was so extremely helpful and patient with me and my questions, etc.. I really appreciate it very much. Pick up and delivery went without a hitch and although the consignee won't unpack and inspect the item until tomorrow when she has help, the box was delivered undamaged, so I am confident that there will be none. I would not hesitate to recommend Freight Run to anyone.

Moved farm equipment with these folks and they were very fair. At one point I booked cheapest trucker - they called - told me they've had trouble with that trucker lately and recommended I try another one - perhaps a bit more money but they promised it would be a whole lot better service. I moved with the second trucker and it worked extremely well despite a very tough place to pickup and deliver. Very happy overall.

This is a great company to deliver any heavy duty items. I bought two desks from Ebay from the east coast to the west. The cost is almost 50% less than the normal freight company. Especially, the customer service is excellent. The representative, John, helped me from the beginning to the end.

Great service and price. I own a small freight forwarding company in Florida. My service has to be flawless to compete with the thousands of freight forwarders out there. Freight Run give me the edge to respond to my clients' needs of trucking service as if I was a major forwarder. Their online service is awesome just like their customer service. Today I had a shipment for a client in the Bahamas. After setting up the pick up as regular freight with Freight Run, my client called indicating cargo was needed urgently for repairs from Hurricane Matthew. Freight Run canceled the regular trucking pickup and for peanuts, arranged a dedicated driver to deliver the cargo to the port the next day, a Saturday!! Can's say enough goods things about Freight Run.

Great resource for finding low prices and trustworthy carriers. Started to use them a few months ago for all our shipment quotes and so far they've been great. At first I was a little new to the logistics vocabulary so I called them and they explained everything to me to make sure my quotes were accurate. They track all my shipments for me which makes things much easier. Would recommend to anyone who needs dependable & low-cost logistics svcs.
